Description of Work: Walked around and took two test samples, stuck their head up in the attic, but did not go up to check it out. Hurried through their inspection and charged #380.00.

Mr. Birdsall was early. The inspection took about an hour. I do not feel the inspection was thorough or complete. I had to point out items of concern to the inspector, even then, he still missed several items. One of my concerns was the roof and he would not "certify" it. But he still wanted his full fee. It took a certified letter requesting a full refund and almost eight weeks to get the report. Mr. Birdsall offered to give me a 50% discount, which I accepted. Overall, I don't feel I received even $210 worth of services.
