We trusted him, and after the installation, we were so glad that we did. He and his team worked fast and efficiently, and totally cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a ductless system.

It went very smoothly. It took two days. The work was precisely done and the installers kept the dust down and cleaned up well. It was noisy but the new windows are great and much better than the old ones.

Very well. I contacted two contractors, and Emerald Valley responded quickly and focused on the problem at hand. The other contractor attempted to up-sell me on substantially more work. The gentleman from Emerald Valley explained my options, didn't push a more expensive solution, and--when it came to the work--was fast and efficient. They made two visits as the screens took a while to arrive from the manufacturer. I checked the door over the course of the winter, and it seals much better than before, with no obvious draft as it had before.

The crew of two arrived on time when they said they would. Both were cordial and professional throughout the two day installation process. They worked hard and addressed my concerns regarding an air intake for my tankless water heater in the attic. They had a little trouble with the neighbor. While cutting the hard foam insulation some had blown around the neighborhood and the neighbor was upset that some had gotten onto his car. It's the type of thing that would stick due to electro static forces, not because it's bonded to paint or something. The neighbor got all bent but the guys handled it well, they offered to pay for a carwash and spent a great deal of time vacuuming up everything in the storm drains. Not everyone is reasonable (neighbor is just going to be angry sometimes) but these guys made a respectable effort to make things right. Learning from the first day, they cut the remaining insulation in the room with a handsaw, rather than outside with a table saw. Great job, appreciate their effort to make things right with the neighbor.

They are great to work with and I highly recommend them. They were there when they were supposed to be. Their prices are fair, the service excellent and Kristin in the office was a great help to me and always had the answers that I had the question for.

This went very well. Gordon coordinated with the other contractors (siding, remodel contractor and electrician) to make sure that everything was going to be in the right way and in the right order. I had used them previously for other work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I could go on on about these guys. I have been devoted to this company. They are great. I have been using them for over 10 years. They have fixed insulation problems that were caused by another company that did work.

They were very good about fielding my questions all the way through the process, including the information on U-factors of the windows since some new energy efficient models were just out.

Prompt, courteous, professional, affordable, helpful, knowledgable, considerate! We set an install appointment and the installers rang the doorbell at exactly the scheduled appointment time...not in the usual Oregon fashionably late and laid back manner. The only thing that varied from schedule was that the installed asked if I minded if he stay a little longer on the first day scheduled so it would be completed early and he wouldn't need return to finish the next day...we had a finished, functioning air conditioning system that afternoon. Prompt, courteous and professional...and at a substantially lower cost than the other estimates I got. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Oh, yeah...got a house full of indoor cats...8 to be precise...the installers made efforts to introduce themselves to our pets minimizing their stress...the cats that is...and were watchful to ensure than none of them got out.

We had a great experience. The estimator was courteous and clear. We indicated two possibilities and the company gave us estimates for both. We easily found an agreeable date to start. The workers were prompt and friendly. The job was done in the time allotted. The finished product is great. They used new trim pieces and we had opted to have new molding put in. In addition, the company had a $150.00 coupon for Angie's List customers.We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the window as well as being happy with the price.

The single employee arrived on time and then promptly got to work removing the windows. He moved expertly and had no problems going about their removal. The original time estimate was for the work to take five to six hours. Installation was complete in about three hours and change. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and was gone quickly. Very friendly and willing to tell me about the process and what he was doing at the moment, he made the work move smoothly and did a very good job.

The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. I was particularly impressed by how thoroughly they covered all the surfaces and furniture, and then did a beautiful clean up before they left.

They gave me the best price, and I got better windows (MIlgard) than I thought I could get at this price. Their estimator Rick was right on, and their installers were fast and efficient while providing a solid installation. After the install their office person Kristin contacted me and sent me the rebate forms to help me save even more money. The end result is now my house has much improved curb appeal, and the estimator had suggested a certain type of window grid treatment that made the back yard view outstanding. The thermal performance of the new windows is awesome. I would highly suggest getting a bid from Emerald Valley Weatherization before you buy windows and doors anyplace else.

Arrived as scheduled and performed the work as planned. The job was thorough and neat.

Punctual, not as chatty/ friendly as some of the other guys. Seemed routine although estimator was professional and got bid out within a couple days. We ended up not going with them because they were $500 more than a couple others.

They did wonderful. They originally sold me the unit and it has worked fine. They gave me all the information I needed; they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They are very good and I will use them again in the future.
