insulation
+ -1 moreI called to get an estimate on replacing or repairing the insulation under my house. Tom showed up on time and was very nice but said he was not dressed for crawling under the house and would have to come back the next day at the end of the work day. He never bothered to call back. End of story- you decide if that's who you want to use.

insulation, replacement windows
+ 0 moreThe work was completed on time and within budget. Most of the work was done by Tom's employees rather than Tom himself. After the work was completed I ended up having a number of problems that cropped up, that are hard to attribute to a single source. A couple of the windows had leaks after the work was done, and Tom did what he could to fix them. In the end the house was re-shingled and repainted (by someone else), and the kinks were worked out.
Description of Work: Working with EWEB (local utilities provider) I was able to get a loan for increased insulation and replacement windows. Tom gave the most thorough estimate of the work to be done. 11 windows were replaced and insulation was added under the house and in the attic crawl space.
