+ -1 moreThe house is a rental, and after no work having been done for several weeks, I prodded him to make an appointment with the renters to get started. He did make a couple of appointments, and each time was a no call/no show. This cost them a half day of waiting around each time. When I learned of this, I contacted him again at the end of May and again I attempted to get the work started. On the 11th of June, after no contact with or work performed by him, I contacted him again and cancelled the job. All in all a very frustrating experience.
Description of Work: He gave an estimate at the end of March,2013 for repairing damage to a kitchen floor area damaged by water. At that time he ripped out some vinyl flooring to expose some wet delaminated plywood subfloor.

+ -1 moreI do not have any complaints about anything they did. Looks good so far. They were really fast. I think I will be using them again soon.
Description of Work: They re-floored our kitchen and dining room. We had laminate flooring put in.
