+ -1 moreHe was supposed to be out at 5, he didn't show, I called at 7:30 and he said he had gotten busy and couldn't come. He wanted to set up the appointment for the next day I told him that I no longer wanted his service and he said that was fine with him.
Description of Work: I set up an appointment for him to put up a fence.
