Blacktail Construction

Description of Work: Brian and his crew, prepped and poured a concrete floor for my barn. They brought in a bobcat to dig down and level the existing dirt floor, then spread the fill out behind the barn (and while he was at it did me the favor of mowing down some invading blackberry vines). When they were done filling in with the gravel, he took the small amount that was remaining and filled in some of the potholes in our road, which was much appreciated! The work was done on time and on budget. Here I will note that I was in a real pinch to get this done as quickly as possible, and Brian really came through and rearranged his schedule to get the job done. It was not only done quickly, it was beautiful. My brother (a contractor) came down from Portland to check out my progress on the barn rehab, and said that it was some of the prettiest concrete work he had ever seen, and that it deserved much better than to be hidden away in a barn! He also pointed out that Brian had wrapped each of the posts prior to pouring the floor; he was impressed and he is a perfectionist, which say's a lot for Brian's work.
