They came when promised, called to indicate arrival time, showed up in time. They did an excellent job.

Good, what I thought was a major problem they were able to fix quickly. What I thought was going to be minor problem, actually required a new fixture, but they replaced it quickly in a short amount of time. They were on time and let me know what the problems were and what they were doing to fix them.

Joe's planning and knowledge was excellent! He spent extra time caused by problems from another tradesperson in order for us to be educated and have an outstanding end product. Travers was fantastic to work with and accommodated some extra requests all while preforming fast and quality workmanship. Their price is very comparable to most plumbers is not cheaper and it is not more expensive. It is pretty competitive and they are just really close to us. These guys always show up on time and they work very quickly and very efficient.

It was pretty expensive. They were right in there with all the other plumbers in the area on the pricing. One of the shower faucets that they installed for me, but they picked it up from the company I bought it from and everything. It actually wasn't the right one for my shower and they really worked with me on it. They came back and tried to adjust. They were good. I called the owner and asked him about my project. He came out to the house to see what I had going on. He actually did some education to kind of help me. I think that was pretty cool.

From initial phone contact to completion, very professional and friendly. I had been unable to get my "usual" plumber until Friday to replace a dead water heater, and Barnes made sure they could get it done the day I called.

Went great. Called them back over a toilet issue, which they took care of right away. UPDATE: What had begun as a small leak in the toilet became a larger problem. They replaced a flapper valve and that leaked, then they replaced THAT with the same model, which also leaked. Eventually (after four visits) I did some research on the internet and found the flapper they installed (Korky #2001). According to the manufacture's website ( www.korky.com) that model is NOT for Kohler toilets, and ours is a Kohler. I went to the Kohler website, obtained the part number for the correct flapper, purchased it at a local plumbing distributor (Ferguson, Inc.) and installed it myself. Well, since I am not a plumber, I spent a couple hours figuring it all out but eventually got installed properly. I sent an email to Barnes telling them the flapper they installed was the wrong one, and never heard back. I had paid for another visit from them to deal with the toilet problem, so you would have thought they would have gone to the trouble of obtaining the correct part. While I think Barnes is a good company, I would never call them to fix a toilet! I gte the inporesison that Barnes is in decline and I will look at other plumbing companies next time 'round.

Couldn't have gone better. Journeyman Plumber Travers Lang was on time, completely competent, and did a quick, professional repair. He had all the right tools and materiels on his truck to do the job right the first time around.

With 4 weeks until my baby was due we found a leek in the hot water heater in the closet of the babies room and black mold Right away we called the top listed plumbers and Barnes was the first to respond with great news (everyone else said it would be a few days) they were available the SAME DAY!!! They gave me a reasonable quote and a competitive price for the new hot water heater. We wanted it moved to the utility room and they said it was no problem. He came out even a little early, got right to work, and finished in just a few hrs. By that evening i was able to soak my poor hurting back in a nice hot bath again! When I got the bill it was for exactly what're had quoted me with no hidden charges. What makes this all even more incredible is how far out we live (way way out in the mountains surrounded by national forest)! Most companies will usually make us wait at least a week or two before they even think about coming out this far, but Barnes was here the same day! And saved me so much pain and stress that I can't thank them enough!!! I will always call them with any future plumbing problem!

Travers arrived on time, the actual repair was quick, he had the cartridge in his truck, and was good about cleaning up. I was able to spend a few minutes asking questions about other possible work in the future and he gave me sound advice.

I phoned them in the morning about 9AM and they came the same day, completed the repairs promptly and left me feeling good about the entire experience. Didn't ask for payment immediately but rather said that I would be billed. Again it was a good experience.

They get an A overall for everything. They are professional, punctual and courteous.

I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them. They were prompt and efficient. There was a slight problem with the first install, it was a pretty tricky circumstance due to a recessed pipe so he came back the very next day and did a more extensive work at no cost to me. They stand behind their work. What I paid included the cost of the part as well. I was expecting the price to be more, for a plumber that was pretty good. This is the third time I have had them out.

They always work to fit your schedule as best they can. They arrive on time, and explain what they're doing and, really important, they clean up completely when they're done!

arrived on time, diagnosed problem correctly, located the necessary part to fix the problem w/o putting in a new faucet. very professional and courteous. i was pleased they could come out the same day request for service was called in. i would definitely recommend them and call them in the future for plumbing problems.

Called day prior, person took my name and said that, although they were not in the office, they would call me back with a time. They believed that they would be able to get to me the following day. He called me back the following day and informed me that someone could be at my house in 15 mins. I said great. He arrived promptly, quickly got to work, finished the job. Helpful, amiable and friendly.

They are a great company. They do excellent work and their price is fair. I would use them in the future if necessary.
