Archer Floors

DO NOT USE ARCHER FLOORING! They installed my new floor. It is separating in over 12 areas. They refuse to fix it! SUB PAR WORK, NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!!

They were easy to work with, from the initial phone call through the installation. I like working with a family run business, and would work with them again. I put an n/a for price, as I didn't do any comparison shopping, so I don't know how their price would have compared.

Archer Floors is excellent! They are a family owned & operated business with what seems like the whole family involved! They are very helpful & friendly from the moment you walk in to their showroom. They will go through thousands of samples with you until you find the perfect one & let you take home however many you want in order to find the perfect floor. I have used them three times now. Once was for my babies nursery and second for my kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway area (3 different types of flooring). Then the last time was for my laundry room & bathroom when it flooded, they were here the next day to start measuring & got my floor in & made my home a priority!. I am about to move now and I will be contacting them again both for the old house (for the bedrooms I never got replaced) and for the new house, before we move in. I don't think I'll ever contact another flooring company as long as I live in this area!

We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish and follow-up. There is no doubt that getting more than one quote is a smart idea. Archer's saved us $2500.00. We will definitely use them for any other project. Thanks "Archer's". You're awesome!

Archer Floor Covering were excellent. They had a good company. I would use their services again in the future.

I bought carpet from a big box store in town with the installation included. Archer came to do the install. They were clean, on time and courteous. My only problem was the big seam in the livingroom was wavy, very noticable. When I pointed that out after install, the installer told me that it would go away after a few passes with the vacuum. Weeks/months later, still looked bad. They offered to come fix it, but by then all the furniture had been put back in. It's a rental and neither the tenant or I were too concerned.

They were able to work with my lender. It was and odd financing arrangement. They worked with my lender very well.

Our experience with Archer's was beyond what we could have expected. They were very patient with the decision making process and more than happy to allow me to take home multiple samples. It's been about a year since the floors were installed and we still love them! The only snag in the entire process was not their problem, but a problem with the stair carpet's weave. It had to be replaced and they stood behind it, replacing it without issue. They were simply wonderful to work with and we've used them again since.
