I called him from a web search. He answered, we set a date and time. He arrived, serviced the machines, suggested certain repairs, showed me the cost, gave me terms. I agreed, paid him half. The check was cashed that day. I gave him a 2nd check for the balance, dated for tbe return visit. We set a time to return and finish. That time was around tennants' schedule--"BY 11 the next week." I was out of town. The agreed day, he called me at 11:15--not BY 11, AFTER 11. "There's no one here. The 2nd check was cashed that day. He wasnt able to return for another couple weeks, after several calls and no shows. He returned, finished, left. Washer and dryer work poorly.7 I call and text, he replies but is unable to come back to assess problems and fix. Call after call, text after text, no Kevin. "I can't get ther till late." "I'll wait for you." No show. REPEAT. Kevin is interested only in cadhing checks, NOT in working for them. Avoid this man.
Description of Work: I asked him to service washer and dryer. Advise if repairs were needed.

For the return visit he was late, and could not do the work since no one was there, but proceeded to cash the check anyways. Following up afterwards to set a good time and date for the completion of the job was difficult. He did finally show up about 2 weeks later (which was due to my schedule preferences also so wasn't all his fault) and finished the other part of the maintenance services. Once the work was completed, the washer and dryer still do not function very well. Trying to get Kevin to follow up is impossible. To me, Kevin does not want to perform these types of services, and therefore I would not recommend him. And in fact would suggest staying away from him entirely. The only thing he seems to be able to do on time is cash the check.
Description of Work: I ordered routine maintenance for both washer and dryer. Kevin showed up on time and did half of the work. He let me know there would be parts needed so I wrote a check for half per his policy. He came back later to install and I paid the remaining balance. However It was not as easy as it sounded.
