+ -1 moreThey called 2 hours before they were supposed to arrive to ask if they could reschedule another day as there only truck had broken down. When we suggested that they rent a UHaul to fulfill their obligation they said they would only do so if we would pay for the truck. Oh, AND pay for their movers. This wasn't a hair appointment that could easily be rescheduled - we were moving!! We had to be out of our rental that day. The woman we spoke to on the phone was rude, unprofessional and completely unwilling to accommodate us. The Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this also.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment to move from rental to newly purchase home.
