The spa from the beginning has not worked properly. We have spent the last 20 months trying to work with owner to resolve issues. Multiple phone calls, service visits (over 15) and in person attempts to resolve issues. Our customer service experience has been terrible...unreturned calls, false promises, no show for service calls, and lies regarding ordering of parts. The owner stated he would buy the hot tub back if he was unable to fix top side/heating issues we have experienced on going from time of purchase, As of our last service appointment, incorrect parts were ordered and technician was 2 hours late for appointment...the spa is still not fixed. We would like the owner to take the spa back and refund some if not all of our money.

Seemed professional and ethical. Told me the repairs needed and ordered parts. After contemplating, I decided that although it still looked good, it wasn't worth it to me to repair, and they bought it from me to re-purpose.

Although there was some delay on getting us a new cover, the owner was diligent about staying on the issue until resolved. He was a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend. We love our hot tub!
