+ -1 moreService provider (owner) arrived exactly at the appointed time and did the work for a very fair price. He was pleasant, professional and efficient, and he was able to remove a set-in stain that I hadn't been able to budge. The next day after the carpet had completely dried, one heavily soiled traffic pathway had a streaked appearance that didn't disappear when I vacuumed the area, so I called to ask for a redo of that area. He called back promptly to set up an appointment, again arrived on time and re-cleaned that area so now it looks great. No charge for the rework; he guarantees his work. I will definitely call this company again.
