Work was done very neatly and explained clearly.

They did a fine job with the repair but they are a little pricey. The house call alone was $86 and then there was mark up on the part. I found the part online for $28 and they charged about $47.

Airrow was quite timely to look at the property and make a bids with choices to repair the existing system, replace it with new heat pump, or replace it with a ductless heat pump system. Their bid was comparable with others but they told me they were the only experts in ductless systems in the area and therefore could get me better rebates. Airrow said they offered one year same as cash financing and directed me to a website to apply for a credit card at 26.9%. When I called about this they assured me the interest would only be charged if I was late or missed a payment. I asked for something from Airrow in writing stating that information. I reciieved by mail a printout of that same website with no mention of 12 months same as cash. This felt wrong so I decided to get bank financing. A plan was made to install a ductless heat pump system on a Monday June 17. At 4 pm the Friday, June14, three days before the system was to be installed I got a phone call while I was at work from Garrett at Airrow. He told me I probably wouldn't get the rebates because I was the landlord. The rebates were for the person using the home as a primary residence, secondary residence, or the tenant of the property and not the landlord. I knew this wasn't right because I had the rebate forms at home and the check boxes were for primary home. secondary home, and landlord. He said the rebates were for primamry home, secondary home, or the tenant but there was a way I could get it using the pass through offered and attempted to explain how the that worked. The more he talked the more I realized I did not want to do any business with Airrow, especially an investment as important, permanent, or expensive as a new heating system. I cancelled the installation with Airrow and am going to have a heating company that has been around for a while install the new system.

The crew arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in one day so we did not have to go a winter night without heat. The company took care of minor adjustments that were required after the installation with additional visits as needed. I highly recommend them.
