+ -1 moreThese transactions went smoothly from start to finish. Our previous home was marketed very vigorously, with strong promotional efforts. THis brought us many showings despite it being a 'down' market. She was a terrific negotiator when our buyers came along, getting us much more for the house than we anticipated. Marina was invaluable in helping us find a new home. She researched the market very thoroughly - she was very familiar with all of the areas - and showed us just the properties that met our narrow criteria. She didn't waste our time showing us properties we could not afford. We had lots of choices and found just what we wanted, and she negotiated a great price for us.
Description of Work: We sold a home with Marina McCurdy and bought another through her. She handles property in the Bend/Sisters/Tumalo areas in Central Oregon. She can also research and refer you to realtors in other cities so you don't go in "cold."
