+ -1 moreHad worked with Pat in April 2021 for an office repair. Overall a good experience, and have not had luck finding other contractors in the area so I contacted Pat again on September 21st to request another office repair. No response. Followed up again on Sept 21st. No response. Emailed Pat on Jan 17 and texted him on Jan 24 to request a job done at our office. No reply until Feb 10, when I simply received an email reply from Pat saying "no, sorry." If you need prompt communication, or any communication at all, do not use this service. It's truly unfortunate that the communication is so poor.

+ -1 moreFriendly team. Pat responded right away when I contacted him initially. Came in the next day to assess the job and then sent in a team member to do the fix. It took a couple visits for the fix to be complete because of a part that needed to be specially ordered but it was finished. Would hire again, hard to find responsive handy-men these days.
