+ -1 moreMy son and his girlfriend went up to spend the weekend in our family vacation cabin. He reported that the heater in the room he stays in didn't work. This was early January, with nighttime temperatures well below freezing. He and I tried and failed to get it to work the next day. We tried and failed to reset this heater. We also discovered that a similar unit in the kitchen wasn't working. I called Crowder Electric because they were recommended by a neighbor. Monte arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing, how to attempt to reset the units and provided advice on maintenance at my request. He ordered an identical unit to the one that failed and came back the next day and replaced it. I learned when I took out some of the other units in my home to clean them that his installation job was better than the others; no missing screws or anything. I'd hire them again. They did good professional work at reasonable cost.
Description of Work: I hired this company to investigate why two individual room toe kick style electric wall heaters weren't working. Monte was able to re-set one. He replaced the other one.
