The job went very well. It was a challenging situation in that there was a rainwater drainage problem that needed to be solved (along with the concrete pour) with very little space in which to overcome it.

Very professionally done. Looks great and everything went as planned.

I contacted Scott Strand Construction on the fourteenth of December, and I still have yet to receive a call from the company.

Scott returned my phone call promptly. He was able to give me advice over the phone to DYI the project myself.

Contacted Scott via Angies List.His bid came in the middle of all other bids I received.After a few battles with Mother Nature the concrete was poured, stamped and painted.It turned out beautiful at first but then there was a problem with the first application of the clear coat.I contacted Scott and he immediately responded and rectified the problem. (There will always be problems. Its the response to the problems that counts)Scott has exceeded all expectations.The patio is stunning and the talk of the neighborhood.

I found Scott Strand/Timeless design by calling a concrete supply company and getting a referral. We installed a very large concrete patio aprox. 4 years ago - that did not turn out well at all. I needed to find someone to repair the color and re-seal the patio who would be patient enough to work with it to make it look great again. Scott came out to the house to assess the situation and provide a quote. After much discussion and looking at photo's of other projeects he brought to share - he brought out samples of different color combos to test the colors on the existing stamped concrete which was already stipped and cleaned by us. He played with the color scheme to achieve a desired result based on our discussions about what colors we liked and disliked. The test results were really impressive. We hired him Scott for the job after seeking out 2 other quotes which were not only much higher in price, but the other subs were not willing to guarentee they could achieve what we were looking for. Scott was not only excited about the opporutnity to re-color our patio but was confident he could make the patio look great with lasting results. The results of the repair project were amazing! Scott is real artist with colored concrete - he knows what he's doing and is patient enough with a large repair job to achieve great color and take his time with the sealant application which can go bad very quickly if you do not take your time or apply it correctly. We are really happy with the results of the job - and would highly recommend Scott Strand / Timeless Design to anyone who is looking for a stamped concrete specialist for repair work or new installs. We'll be calling him back soon to do a follow up on the patio and discuss some new projects we have up our sleeve!
