Description of Work: I purchased a cottage for rental purposes and the departing tenant had smoked (various substances it seems) for years in it, with all the windows closed. The smell was terrible and we spent a lot of time on the walls and ceilings scrubbing with TSP, priming and painting. The carpet was in decent shape, fairly new, except for the horrendous stench that it had taken on. I was afraid I was going to need to trash and replace it, but Harold said he'd had success with other similar situations so I decided to try and save it. They tackled it from every angle - carpet cleaning extraction, fog, ozone generator, and then came back and did the entire thing again when it was close, but not all gone. Harold stuck with his original quote and I was able to keep the carpet and have a nice, non-smoking renter move in.

+ -1 moreEverthing came out as promised. The carpet was dry and ready the next day. Plus they left several bottles of spot remover.
Description of Work: Magic Carpet uses a truck mounted steam cleaner for carpet cleaning. MC did our office's carpet for the first time in 3 years and they came out looking like new. Even took out coffee stains! Harold was the our representative and was very responsive to our needs.

+ 0 moreIt was an exceptional experience. I called and got a real human being, not a recording. The service could be performed the day and time that I wanted. He called on the morning of the appointment to say that he would be six minutes late. (I don't consider six minutes "late" considering the nature of his business.) The work was impeccable and the gentleman very professional. We will definately us this service again.

+ -1 moreThey did a really good job. They are easy to work with. They give a free gift, whenever you use their services. They are a husband and wife team. The wife follows up with the services and makes sure that everything is okay. I had used a less expensive company before, but they didn’t do a good job like Magic Carpet Cleaning and More did.
Description of Work: I use Magic Carpet Cleaning & More. They completed the work five months ago. They cleaned the carpets with an extracting machine that they had. They also got rid of the animal smells in the house. They got rid of the stains on the carpets, as well.
