John's waterproofing in a nut shell they found an easier way to do the project and saved me a tremendous amount of money.

The repairs were done quickly, efficiently and with care to details. They explained what they were doing & why so it was easy to understand. I would hire them again.

They are efficient, dependable, and we are very happy with all aspects of their service.

From beginning to end of the job,everything went pretty much as planned. The Work Crew , lead by the Foreman, Lupe were great , thorough and swift in their work. They left my basement the way that they found it and so far the equipment that they installed seems to be working well.

We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)

They called back within 5 minutes from receiving the Home Advisor contact. Our sump pump had failed, so they were out the same day and got us up and running again.

technicians that came out to service my sump pumps were very professional. Did a great job of explaining what they found and suggestions on solutions to take care of issues.

Try to not get in the situation that you need the repair and can't wait.

Mother's basement flooded due to previously installed sump pump failure. New pumps was installed and is running great for last 5 months! Great and knowledgeable service.

Did all the water proofing & sealing the wall with a guarantee of no leaks. Even volunteered to do the extra work of nailing the paneling back up. They worked fast & cleaned up great. Would hire them again.
