He was punctual and explained everything thoroughly. He was very nice and straight forward. I did my homework and his services were very reasonable. Every time I called him he answered the phone or he called right back. I give Squish an A.

They were very prompt to respond to my service inquiry over a year ago. I had calls out to a few others and no one was returning my call. I even had a highly suggested company from my neighbors with no returns. I was able to get a quick appointment to deal with my immediate concern over giant house spiders. After my 1st visit, they were so prompt, polite and professional, I was pleased to get on a service contract for regular visits and as needed assistance. I really had concerns about the safety of the products having a child and several pets, as well as concern for killing pests but their knowledge and expertise put me at ease. Thorough job.

I was told that the coupon was not valid. They inspected only far enough to find the 2 entry points we were already aware of, but did not seal anything. They set bait but then after the fact said that we either had to pay them for additional services or to come and pay them to collect their own traps. My boyfriend now has to go under our home to retrieve the traps. Had we known this up front, we would have never allowed it to happen. The only advice we got was to keep having them come back to re-bait the traps. It has been an unpleasant experience dealing with them. If they accepted money for a coupon for services they do not provide, I should have been given my money back. Not to mention we waited for 2 weeks for those services to be performed. I could have used the money to hire someone else to do what I actually needed to be done.

As a professional Real Estate Agent of long standing in the Portland Metro Area I use Angie's List as a valuable resource for many varied needs. I like to also personally "use" Vendors from time to time so I can see and experience first hand my own experience of working with them. It was time for new Pest Control Service and Angie's list had a timely "special" that I took advantage of. This was the 1st of an annual Pest Control Service that I purchased on Angie's List. Vendor responded the same day that I made the purchase to schedule appointments and today was the 1st of 4 services that they will provide. Both Josh and Sean are very personable and professional. Explained what they would do and look at and then went about their business. Per the terms of the Agreement they checked the Attic, Crawlspace, Exterior and Interior of home. Sean brought to my attention a damaged Foundation Vent that needs repair to stop critters getting in! They did a treatment for ants in the Master Bathroom and a full treatment around the perimeter of the house as well as removed cobwebs and spiders that were visible. At the end of the service Sean set the next 3 service appointments with me. Of course the proof is the success of managing the bugs and continued service for the year so I will be sure and be back with updates as the service continues.

Well, Pretty Good. However, where the ants were gathering next to my bathroom, they are continuing to come there. So, I sprayed Raid as there are lots of them. Sorry, to say the Raid has been working for a day now. Where when he did it they came later that day.
