The only spiders we've seen have been dead. It has been several months and we are spider-free.

Recently moved into a new place and knew exactly who to call for my ant troubles. I have used Squish in the past and was once again pleased by the level of service provided. Not only was Sean able to come out sooner than I expected, but he explained the process thoroughly. You can tell that these guys are willing to go the extra mile to exceed the needs of their customers. Would recommend them to anyone having similar issues. Absolutely amazing!

BAD!!! REALLY BAD!!! 1st, I did the online schedule and selected all day for 3 different days 2-3 weeks in advance. I received a response back with the last day selected. That day came and my daughter was home all day waiting for them to show up, which they never did! I called the number listed for Sean the owner, and his voicemail stated if you need someone urgently, call this other cell phone number. I called that number, and of course it said this voicemail box is FULL and cannot accept anymore messages. Figures! I called Sean's number back, but he still didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I explained we were off to a very bad start, but before I ask for a refund and fill out a bad review, I wanted to give you a chance to see if maybe we got our wires crossed. He called me back the next day and nicely apologized, saying they forgot to transfer over the Angie's List appointments to their main appointment book. They felt terrible and swore up and down they were a good company! Okay, let's try again. We set another appointment at 11AM for 2 days later and Sean said he would do it himself since he felt so bad about his mistake. I said that sounded great. I reminded him at that time of the address for my daughter. The address was also on the "Special Instructions" you write info about the job on the Angie's List page. Of course, he showed up at almost noon at our house and not my daughter's house. I wasn't there, but he convinced my wife that it was an easy mistake and he was really sorry. However, he couldn't go to the right house because it was a 30 minute drive and it would make him late to other jobs. So he asked my wife if he could please meet her the following day at between 9-10. Because he felt so bad, he would make it his first appointment.. Yep, you guessed it!!! I sent him a text telling him not to bother, we are asking for a refund. Then he flat out lied to me and said my wife was wrong and the appointment was from 11-1. Except when he stated the appointment time, he was in front of my wife, her friend and another neighbor.. All three of them said he stated without a doubt the time from 9-10. When I said he had missed or messed up 3 separate appointments, he became belligerent and said he missed only 2, 1 wasn't his fault. WHAT?!? ONLY 2 !!! I've been on Angie's List for several years. This was BY FAR my worst experience with a vendor. Do yourself a favor, hire a company that will be professional, truthful, thankful and punctual. It isn't Sean at Squish Pest Control.

The technician said I'd have 3 months spider "protection"...It was not even 1 month and I am seeing spiders where he sprayed

I believe they are gone from under the house. I am thrilled about it. He was almost in the neighborhood so he was here within the hour. I was expecting to wait for days to see him so that was a very big PLUS.

It seems to have worked. I haven't found any in the house yet this summer. I may call for another spraying later this summer.

Very well. They sprayed along the house foundation, which did help a lot.

They caught a raccoon, and also scared a squirrel away and I was able to close up my attic

This went very badly. The introductory price got an introductory visit where he claimed we had carpenter ants, and needed $450 to address the issue since it needed to be addressed in the attic. The operator we had was constantly late, often to call and re-schedule, but at least once did not show or call. During our initial evaluation he said he would need to either go into the attic or drill holes and spray from the outside to get the ants in the newer part of the attic. The operator did spray in part of our attic, but would not go into the newer addition (where the biggest issue is) as he felt it was unsafe. I took time from work to help put the ladder up to drill holes and would plug them with some wooden rounds in his final visit, but he refused to do the work saying that the siding was rotting. I pointed out that the siding was 7 years old, in good shape, and had good exterior plywood behind it. I also offered to sign a release from responsibility. He told me he was the expert and the release was meaningless. He refused to do the job, so I left and returned to work. A waste of my time and money. I still have the problem.

Price was excellent, so we got a good value. He was a little casual about leaving floors dirty from shoes, and tracking in/out plus crawl space dirt. But basically a good service. He said that he will tackle skunks, and we have some in this area, so I'd recommend him for the smelly critters.

Went well. Only took 2-3 visits, the found the entrypoint and handled the traps.

I was very pleased with the result!

I hired them for pest control service on one of our rental properties. They showed on time on the initial visit for inspection and laying down mouse traps. On the spot I paid for another 3 follow-up visits, and the first visit of 3 was scheduled for in a week. They never showed up for following visit as scheduled. When I called to ask about the reason of no show, they gave some ridiculous reasons and made an excuse to hang up the phone and never called back as they said. I then asked my tenant to contact them to set up appointments directly, which my tenant did accordingly. My tenant took a day off from work to wait for them, but again they did not show. Will not use their service again or recommend it. Terrible experiences.

They have been here a number of times. They are very responsive. They do a good job based on what I have seen. The work turned out great. We do not have a problem anymore. They are reliable and friendly. It is a good, quality service.

Set trap. It took almost 2 weeks but he finally came out and we caught him. Promt service and critter removed. Would definitely hire again.

He had a very professional eye which was why he walked around quickly. He actually found a major point of entrance and we were able to get that addressed. He also pointed out my garage door, which was also a big concern. Those repairs seemed to have fixed the problems with the rats and for that I am very happy with the service

Sean at Squish! did an inspection and treated an area. So far, the pests have not reappeared. Nice guy and easy to work with.

Went well, they came out same day and eradicated the nest, price was average based on other quotes received.
