Explained in detail what service he would provide. Price very competitive compared to other estimates. Richard available by phone to discuss with county inspector need for slope of floor to be adjusted to meet code. Richard's crew took care of this. Work scheduled and completed within time frame needed. Highly recommend and will definitely contact Richard for future cement work needs.
Description of Work: Richard and his crew prepped and poured cement for 3-car garage floor for new home build.

I thought that their people were very efficient, very timely, and did a good job of cleaning up. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Their responsiveness was excellent, and the follow up was good.
