Description of Work: He came quickly when we had no water. He went right to work finding the problem and fixed it without "fixing" anything that wasn't broken. The charges were reasonable and we haven't had any further problem.

+ -1 moreCalled on a Sunday when water was leaking in basement. He answered and did inform me it would be extra for a service call on Sunday. Had him come out on Monday and he got the job done quickly and professionally with good advice for the future.
Description of Work: Replaced pressure tank switch that was leaking.

Description of Work: We began hearing very loud noises in our walls every time water would come on in the house which worsened with time. We checked Angie's list and found this company here in Sherwood. Phillips was very responsive and called me back that day and came out the next morning. The pressure was very high in our water pressure tank and upon checking, Scott found it had too much water in it. He drained some of the water out as a stop-gap measure but told us we would need a new tank. The tank was 20 years old so we were pretty certain that we would need one.

+ -1 moreI talked with Phil on the phone to make an initial diagnosis. We played phone tag for a day, but he was very friendly and made an effort to contact me. He set up a appointment for the next day to have someone come out an take a look. The crew arrived 15 minutes early and promptly found the problem. They allowed me to watch and ask all the questions I wanted. (I was very curious about the well and its operation for my own knowledge). The crew provided excellent answers, all the while working at their task. They did some extra diagnostic tests to ensure the rest of the system was in good health. This is a great company with great people.
Description of Work: I had a problem where I was loosing pressure in the line between from pump to the pressure tank. The problem was a cracked check value on the pipe in the well.

+ -1 moreNot only did they perform the work we required, but they also provided expert advice on the pump size and specific items we would need to be happy with the service from the well. Needless to say, we were glad to have them do the work.
Description of Work: We're having a home built outside of Dundee. The well is shared by four homes. We needed a pressure tank and called on Pillips Pump Sales & Service.
