He assessed our rodent situation, determined where they were coming into our home, provided us a quote for services & we hired him on the spot! (And is more reasonably priced than much of his competition. Who actually looks forward to seeing their "pest guy"? We do!

Bill Morgan called me back the day after I contacted him via phone and email. I gave him as many details as possible and then he started loudly talking over me and it was very difficult to get a word in. He had an incredibly rude and unprofessional way of communicating which included an absurd accusatory statement. After about 3 minutes, I knew that I would never hire him and I politely gave him the opportunity to say he didn't want the job. He needs the basics in communication with potential customers. I have never been exposed to this type of disrespectful behavior before from a potential contractor. He also was unaware that his Angie's List listing offered a 15% senior discount.

The yellow jacket nest removal project went flawlessly. I called Morgan in desperation on a Monday, hoping he had time to remove the nest before the gutter-repair crew arrived on Wednesday. Morgan shoe-horned me into his schedule on Tuesday afternoon. The nest was located under an eave almost 25 feet high, but Morgan was undaunted by the height. The nest was big. Morgan sprayed the nest, knocked it down, applied more bee-away to the nest before deconstructing it, then climbed back up to the eave to reapply on that area. Morgan is very friendly. Before he started the project, he explained to me each step of the process, what he was using to spray, and what to expect. He was considerate about keeping me apprised of his arrival time and how long the project would take. He cleaned everything up in a jiffy. I am delighted with his service and I'll use him for all of our future needs!
