I have four price proposal and Losli Fence & Deck Pros Llc was the lowest, very competitive. They have an excellent job done. They are easily to work with prompt, great communication, outstanding work as far as technique and durability. I'm retired but I have been in the construction business for a long time and these guys topnotch.

Losli Fence and Deck came to the bidding process with a "can do" attitude, presenting solutions to the problems of building a fence where we needed one. The project came in on time and the price was very competitive. I would use them again.

Acted too busy to give estimate... rescheduled first time... he did call to reschedule.. once he showed. he did give an estimate, but estimate was high...

What a great experience! These guys were fabulous. Honest with what I needed, did not try to upsell me. Did what they said in an amazingly quick amount of time. Love them! Will recommend them to anyone. Jerry was great to work with. We are now able to let our dog out in the backyard to run and play like dogs should. The yard had a definite slope to it but they made the fence look amazing. It is so nice to sit and look out the back window and see this pretty wood fence. Thanks guys!

We recently got two dogs and desperately needed a 100 ft long, 4 ft high green chain link fence with a gate (as specified by out HOA) and 6 ft wood gates on both sides of our property. Jerry (owner) answered the phone the first time I called so I did not need to leave a message. Though busy he was able to come over for the estimate at 8:00 AM the very next day. I called him back on a Sunday night to let him know we wanted to go ahead with the fence. Since I left the message on a Sunday night I figured I would need to wait until Monday for a response but instead within just a few minutes, my call was returned and three days later he came out and installed our fence! His two employees as well as Jerry were very professional and knowledgeable throughout. One of the best experiences with a contractor that we've ever had. Highly recommend!

I had a warranty issue on my decking material and though the decking company was replacing the decking material, I needed a contractor to do the labor. I was not looking forward to the process as I have had some bad experiences with contractors in the past. I had a couple companies come out to estimate the job and selected Losli Decking and Fence because of the owner's promptness in responding to my call and his being willing to explain the process and provide me with what I felt was a reasonable and competitive bid on the work. Jerry was very professional, and helped me through the process of making adjustments to the materials needed and dealing with the details of delivery. I had many questions prior to the install (due to having to work with the decking company and a contractor), and he always responded to my emails or calls very quickly and made me feel comfortable with the process. I also asked him to install a 4' fence that I had been putting off putting in. The crew showed up when expected and the work was of very high quality and completed in a timely manner. Both the deck and fence look great. The crew was careful to make sure the site was cleaned up and even took the time to put my deck furniture in place for me. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them for any future work I might have. If you want to work with a company that will be responsive, courteous, professional and do a great job, Losli Fence & Deck Pros is a good choice.

I've repaired and replaced fences before, but it usually involved one or two neighbors. My current house, however, has a fence that is shared by four neighbors so I reached out to all of them and I quickly learned that they also wanted to upgrade. Another neighbor, who was adjacent to one of the four, also joined the effort. Because my small home project turned into a large neighborhood one, I immediately sought out professional help. That's when I turned to Angie's List. I'm relatively new to the community so I didn't know who to use. One of the neighbors had a recommendation, but we all agreed to get a least 3 bids before moving ahead. So I got online and did some research. There were quite a few fence companies that had A ratings, but Losli really stood out to me. Not only did they have great ratings and many reports, but they also had done quite a bit of business in and around the surrounding area. When Jerry came to the house, he was punctual, polite and very personable. He was also very attentive. As I described our desires for upgrading the fence he took notes, asked clarifying questions, and he made sure that all of our questions were answered too. I then took Jerry around to each of the neighbors so he could get their input, answer their questions, etc. After all was said and done, Jerry left each of us with a handwritten estimate, complete with drawings and dimensions of our own individual fences, and the costs associated with our halves of the fence. The drawings and dimensions were broken down by each segment that was shared between neighbors so that we could easily decipher who shared what section. After Jerry and the other bidders left, I met with the neighbors to discuss and decide on whom to award the bid to. In my mind, Jerry was the front runner because of his professionalism, attention to detail and how easy he was to work with. He seemed very genuine from the very beginning, both in wanting to upgrade our fences, but in wanting to make a difference in how our yards looked with a new fence. The neighbors and I were also impressed by Jerry?s estimates. He was the only one to give a group discount due to the size of the project. His costs per square foot were much better than the others and his available start date was sooner than the others. As a result, the decision was easy to make. A couple weeks later, Jerry and his team came and started the job. Since my house was located in the middle of the others, I had more fence line to replace than the others. They ripped out the old fence, hauled it away and replaced it with a new one along with two new gates? all in under two and half days. They then completed the remaining fences and gates for the other five neighbors in five days. During the time that Jerry and his team were working, I walked around to check things out and ask additional questions. Jerry and his team never hesitated to stop and talk to me. They also gave me a status on their progress and kept me informed of their work. When the entire project was done and everything was cleaned up, Jerry walked around the entire fence line to point out what had been done. He asked if I had any questions and he asked how I felt about the results. I told him I was very impressed both by the look of the new fence and by the manner in which he and his team had performed. I'm a tad bit of perfectionist so I often find an opportunity for improvement in one project or another, but in this case I wasn't able to think of anything that could have been done differently. From the very start (design, bid), through the work and to the very end (clean-up, follow-up), I was very impressed by Jerry's professionalism, work ethic, and genuine kindness. That's something I rarely see or say. If Angie's List offered an A+ rating then I would be selecting that without any hesitation.

We were so delighted with Losli's product, service and professionalism. They were responsive, reliable and efficient. The fence was completed quickly and was incredibly well-done. We have had fences done in the past with other companies and Losli surpassed other companies on every aspect. We got quotes for this project from 6 different fence contractors and Losli won the bid in part because of the product and pricing and because Jerry was such a genuine guy. I often make final choices based on character and my general sense of a person - Jerry won me over immediately. I even had another contractor bad mouth a competitor - he lost me in that moment. Jerry, on the other hand, was authentic and offered a clear understanding of his product and what we could expect. Losli is fair, transparent and we will use them again without a doubt!

I am very pleased with the experience. Jerry Losli was quick to visit my house and made a competitive bid on the work. His crew showed up on time and the materials were delivered in advance. Jerry advised me on the different options constructing the fence due to the fact that the fence was being built on a slope and he kept me informed during the process. I left the design details to Jerry and the fence looks great. The work was completed as scheduled and with no additional cost. The crew took good care of my plants and cleaned the work site well.

Jerry Losli met with my wife and provided a clear estimate of the project based on various options, and then we scheduled the project. He and his workman Brad arrived right on time on Saturday morning. And once we reviewed the plan, Brad got right to work. The final result is a a beautiful cedar fence, fully level and capped, that has inspired me to plan a future upgrade to the side portions. Jerry and Brad were friendly, professional, and the project was completed quickly and with all clean up handled in such a way that you wouldn't have known they had even been there. I will be having Losli Fence and Deck Pros back for more work, and I will gladly recommend their services to others.

We were very happy with Losli Fence & Decking. Jerry and 2 of his men came and were prompt, fast, and did quality work. They were easy to work with. The job started at 9:00 and was completely done by 2:00. Even though the scale of our job was small, I felt that our satisfaction was just as important to Jerry as a large job. In addition to building the new fence (including digging the posts and setting them), they also fixed a part of my old fence that was falling down!

Overall it was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor to date. No exaggeration . He is the best in all categories. Use him for your deck and fence needs. You will not be disappointed.

It was an excellent experience start to finish. Jerry showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and did outstanding work. He even used leftover material to install a step for me -- something for which I am very grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Losli Fence & Deck to anyone looking for this service. And I know that should I need to contract for decking again, Losli will be the first place I call.

it was a weird job but they did great and it looks wonderful. As an added bonus- they actually showed up on time- did what they said they were gonna do- cleaned up after themselves, all with a reasonable fee. two thumbs up for these guys. Thx kimberly Sutter

We had 87 feet of fencing and he brought a new fence that had two gates, a 4 foot one and a 10 foot gate. He was our lowest bid out of the 4 people we had called and he had really good references from Angie's list .So, I thought he'd be good to go with and he was great. Once I decided to go with him , they came out 4 days later and they got the job done in one day. They did the whole fence and cleaned up after themselves which was very friendly and nice, and I thought he was trying to get money from me, but everyone's really impressed with the fence like our neighbors who saw it. I’m pretty sure that he will get more jobs in our neighborhood because it looks so good. I would use them again in the future.

A new fence was needed. Upon review of four different companies, and four bids, four neighbors met and selected Losli Fencing and Deck to do the work. A date was agreed upon by the neighbors and Jerry Losli set the plan into action. On the designated day the crew arrived, bright and early. They had the old fence down in quickly, and taken away. One of the neighbors wanted some for firewood. The crew stacked it and also provided left over untreated wood (Thank you!). The crew worked steady and hard. On the first day in the rain the men completed the first 65 feet of the 220 foot fence. The second day they completed the rest and installed three gates and a modified short fence. The work was completed in two days, amazing to all of us. Jerry was kind enough to adjust and add changes as the fence was being built. We added a gate, two neighbors added extra fencing on their property, and extra trim was provided to keep pets in their own yards. After all this Jerry was kind enough to provide each neighbor with their own receipt, saving everyone a headache. Everyone was so pleased that Jerry will be working in the neighborhood again...soon.

The project went extremely well. The owner Jerry is the nicest contractor I have ever met. He spent quite a bit of time with us when he gave the bid. He had great ideas for different fencing options. He quickly emailed a bid that was very detailed and even included pictures of what the fence would look like.We had 2 other fence companies give us bids as well and Losli's was the best bid out of all 3. They arrived exactly on time the day of the install. Jerry's workers were very easy to work with. We have a backyard that is curved and they were able to build the fence so it followed the lines of the yard. They completed the job the same day for the exact price that was quoted. They cleaned up all the debris from the backyard and the dirt from the driveway and steps. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the price. We would hire Losli's again for any fencing or deck project.

We submitted bids to 2 contractors, both high rated by Angies List. Jerry Losli submitted a bid very close to the other bid, just slighly lower. What sold us on Jerry was his kind, honest approach. Jerry was just 'really nice'! Explained in great detail what the work was that needed to be done. He is very confident in the Timber Tech product and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. he started the job by tearing out the old deck and foundation. once the foundation was removed, he identifed some substantial rotting in the siding and frame around the sliding door that had to be repaired before installng the new deck. he was very understanding that I wanted to call in a contractor that was more familiar with the code around the repairs necessary to repair the siding. He was very accomodating to us allowing us to interrupt his schedule to call in the second contractor to perform the repair work before proceeding with the new deck. The new deck finished in a couple of days and is absolutely beautiful. he crew cleaned up the property very well. Not a scrape anywhere. We are very happy with how the deck turned out and now can't wait for some nice weather to enjoy it!

I relied strictly on the ratings and must say Jerry earned all those A's. Not only was his price reasonable (I did get other estimates), his service(punctuality,excellent response in setting up the appointments,clean job (no litter, no trash) was seamless, and he finished the job on time! I used to be a construction project manager and this man not only knows how to run a business, but produces a quality job.

We talked to 3 fence / deck companies, all of them highly rated on Angie's List. Jerry spent the longest with us (late on a Friday evening, no less), and he was the most helpful. He went over all our options and explained the pros and cons of each one, and showed us samples as well as photos from past jobs so we could see how the designs looked. He also told us about Conrad Lumber, where he's installed a deck with PVC and composite samples. It was very helpful to drive over there and see the materials first-hand. As it turns out, Jerry also had the lowest quote from all the companies. So picking him was a pretty easy choice. The work done was first-rate. Jerry and his crew showed up promptly at 8AM every day, they worked quickly and efficiently, they kept the yard and sidewalk clean, and were careful around our plants. We suggested some small design changes late in the game, and Jerry incorporated them without complaint. The finished deck and fence look excellent, and we're getting compliments from the neighbors on the job.

I called Jerry to get info on pricing and availability. I caught him on his cell - he happened to be in Clackamas (we live in West Linn) and was about to get his lunch. I explained I was dealing with a 20 year old fence that was falling down and asked him about replacing the 4x4s. He was very professional and patient. Without me asking, he said he would stop by my house after his lunch to check the state of my fence! Once he assessed the situation he called me back and gave me a proposal and said he could be available two days later as another client's plans had changed. He left a bid on my door for my review that night. My husband and I quickly decided this was the guy for us. During the next conversation Jerry told me when the installers would be there, explained what they would do, etc. Sure enough Brad and Abby showed up as promised and started working right away. Those two worked the entire day only stopping for about 15 minutes for a break. They were organized, very efficient and very pleasant. My repair was completed by 3:30 p.m. Brad and Abby cleaned up their work debris and hauled off the concrete and old posts too. I am very, very pleased with this company and would highly recommend Losli Fence. If I need further repair I will most definitely call Jerry again and have already shared my wonderful experience with my co-workers.

Jerry came out and gave us an estimate along with three other contractors for a good neighbor fence. His estimate included $250 off of the price of the fence for having all of the work done. His bid was the lowest and so after talking to the neighbors, I gave him the job. There was a little mix up about the starting date due to my failure to call back and confirm the starting date. I was having trouble contacting one of the neighbors as they were out of town and did not want to proceed with out an agreement. Jerry also misplaced my paperwork and was unable to locate my phone number. Because of this error Jerry reduced the fence price by an additional $100.00. He also scheduled the work for a little later the same week so that when I did call him we could move ahead quickly. Basically the work started three days later than I had expected. On the agreed date Jerry and his crew showed up to start work on time. They had the old fence removed, hauled off, the new fence posts set and most of the cross beams set on the first day. They worked very hard. They even hauled off some extra yard waste from some of the shrubs that I removed. I was asked what to do when additional parts of the lilac and the rhododendron needed to be removed because more space was needed for the fence. They did not cut them down until I gave them the go ahead. The next day, they were back on time. They finished the cross pieces and put up all the fence boards by 3:00 pm. I was escorted on an inspection. The fence is beautiful. I am very happy with it.
