Awesome! We were scheduled for mid May but had time in April to complete project. Did the whole project in about 4.5 hours! Price was very reasonable. Very quick to respond when we inquired. Will definitely consider for future projects.

Our would fence was swaying in the wind. We needed a post replaced and re-cemented. They were fast, neat and knowledgeable.

We have a sliding glass door off the back of our house which led to a landing that was pulling away from the house. Losli Fence & Deck tore out the landing, hauled it away, and replaced it with a 9x10 composite deck with 3 steps. We used TimberTech composite and had LED lights installed in 3 of the posts. Jerry and his crew were quick (1.5 days to do the project), courteous and very easy to work with. I like that I could get in touch with him (and vice verca) by phone, text or email. They were great with letting me know what they were doing and when. Jerry even texted me photos of the project along the way. They were good at cleaning up. We found a few nails under the deck, but other than that, they were great. We had our water turned off outside so they actually went around to the front to get some water so that they could clean up. Our previous landing had been built incorrectly. It was basically a table that was nailed into the house with out any flashing. Jerry was very knowledgeable about building things properly and to code. Our old landing was not even tied into the ledger board. I got one other bid from Ed Gause Construction who also got great reviews on Angie's List. Ed Gause Construction was about $100 more then Losli's, plus Ed Gause gave us a sample that was TimberTech XLM. I have read a lot of reviews like this one: http://www.deckmastersnw.com/blog/which-composite-decking-is-the-best/ that say the XLM delaminates and turn chalky white. According to the article, things have greatly changed, but it didn't recommend using XLM at all. When I asked Jerry at Losli if he would use XLM he said absolutely not and told me everything I had read in the above article. Another helpful thing about Losli is they offer putting LED lights on the deck. That is something we had not considered, but we put in 3 lights and we love it. We are very happy with our deck built by Losli Fence and Deck.

Jerry was very responsive and easy to work with. They arrived when they said they would and finished early. The fence is gorgeous and looks better than I thought it would. Update: When I had my fence built, my neighbor was also building a fence. I had to ask Jerry to attach his work at the corner to my neighbor's new fence. About a week after everything was done, the wind blew my neighbor's fence down and damaged the post Jerry had attached my fence to. We called him with the problem and he just happened to be working nearby. Jerry fixed my part of the fence that afternoon without any additional charge! Jerry's commitment to his work and customers goes beyond expectations.

My husband and I were in process of purchasing our home through the VA. The house we found had a huge deck and the deck rail had been removed, we had to get a rail put on it in order to purchase the home. We contacted multiple companies to see if anyone would be available on short notice. Everyone that we had contacted was booked out 2-3 months. We got so lucky that Jerry had a break in his schedule he was very responsive returned my call that same day went by the house and got me a quote for 3 types of rail by the next day then scheduled and completed the work 5 days later in 1/2 the time he half estimated! Jerry was responsive and punctual, did an outstanding job of replacing decrepit fence with new "good neighbor" fence. Work was completed as scheduled with great results. They removed all old fencing and cleaned up very well.

Jerry responded promptly to our inquiry for a bid. We received two other bids from contractors, but selected his due to his reviews on Angie's List and his professionalism. We had a question about the style of fence, and when we called him he came right over to our house and laid out some boards on our driveway to explain how it would look. He and his crew showed up on time and finished the fence in 3 days (a day early). They were courteous and took time to answer any questions we had. Jerry made sure that everything was cleaned up before leaving. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Losli Fence and Deck to anyone.

Jerry, the owner, returned my call very promptly when I inquired about a bid. The next day he was out and left me with a bid. I contracted with them to replace the entire fence around my yard with a "neighbor friendly" cedar fence. He and his crew showed on on the scheduled date and finished on the scheduled date. Jerry and his crew were very nice to work with and very professional. The property was cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished the fence. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new fencing.

I have a contractor phobia, I put off hiring a contractor as long as I could, until my deck had huge holes in it, my contractor phobia is that bad! So, it meant a LOT to me that on the first day of our deck job, I found myself 100% assured by the qualities of Jerry and his crew at Losli Fence and Deck. What kind of qualities? Well, if you like the following qualities in a contractor, then Losli Fence and Deck is for you... Jerry is excellent at communication with his clients, and that is just the first way that he stands out in the world of contractors. Quality is his number one priority. Losli Fence and Deck uses only the best quality materials, he and his crew reject defective lumber before YOU do...their attention to detail is second to none. I pride myself in choosing good lumber, but they did not know that, and they were rejecting defects in lumber that I could barely see when they pointed them out! The only time Jerry was away from the site was when he was going the extra mile to obtain the perfect and no-so-common materials for my particular deck job, without me having to ask him to. Suppliers of materials know that he's there to get only the best materials, and Jerry WILL get those materials. Challenges arise on any job, and when it was time to extract a ginormous defunct hot tub from our deck site, they met the challenge with determination, cleverness, and steadfast resolve, where others would have faded. Jerry builds to last: whenever others might say "this will do", Jerry does more, I witnessed this several times during my deck job, Losli builds a deck as if they were building for themselves! In short, Jerry and his crew are not happy until you are: your satisfaction is THEIR satisfaction. They do not "cut corners" when it comes to workmanship: they only cut deck and fence materials, and expertly. Jerry's crew, Scott and Jeff, are highly skilled craftsmen who take well-earned pride in their excellent workmanship. Also: they are just truly great people! So, I have great memories to go along with my great deck. To top it all off, they are pet-friendly, and my pets sensed that.The only downside: I missed Jeff, Scott, and Jerry after the job was done! As for speed, the job was done in just three quick days. As for price, Losli was by FAR the best deal, substantially less than another contractor's bid! So hire Losli, and FORGET about worrying: your worries are over! ....and for those who wish I had just cut to the chase: I give Losli Fence and Deck 115 points [out of 1oo]

This is the second time we have used Jerry and his crew and we were not disappointed. These guys are the best and the service/product they deliver are outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again the the future.

A portion of fence on one side of our house collapsed due to years of moisture and dry rot, but the whole fence on that side of our house needed to be replaced. I attempted to contact and get bids from at least three different contractors, but had a very difficult time getting most of them to communicate with me. Mr. Losli was one of very few that not only returned my calls, but found a way to fit my relatively smaller job in between a couple of his larger jobs so that I wouldn't have to wait a couple of months to get scheduled in his next available job slot. Mr. Losli and his team did a fantastic job, it looks awesome. I was particularly impressed that they went above and beyond by strengthening an older section of fence that wasn't part of the original bid, as well as repairing the latch on our older gate that will need to be replaced in the near future as well. They also did a great job of installing above-grade footings for all fence posts to prevent post-rot for many years. Jerry Losli is very knowledgeable and he and his team do excellent work. I definitely plan to use them again, and will be recommending them to my local friends as well.

They did an awesome job!! They were on time and finished on time. The fence looks beautiful! We loved that they hired only American Citizens that spoke English. We do not support illegal immigrants doing work for us.

It was a wonderful easy experience. Our dogs had found a way to get out of our yard through our rotting fence. We called Jerry and he was able to come out the next day to give us an estimate. His estimate was fair and we asked when he could install on a Friday. He was able to come out on Monday and he thought he could complete our project in one day. Jerry and his crew were here at 8am on Monday morning and started working. They did a great job of removing the fence without disturbing much in our yard or our neighbor's. They had a little trouble with placing our new posts because there were huge rocks underground, but they didn't take the easy way out. They pried and dug until they could get the boulders out instead of just moving things to go around them. Jerry was there most of the day, not just supervising, but helping get the job done. They cleaned up everything that they touched and asked if we were satisfied with the clean up before they left. They were polite and professional at all times. It was done in one day because they are really hard workers. We are very happy with our fence and would use them again.

I called Jerry Losli when a section of my existing fence blew down during the weekend and I begged for some emergency help. (I got his name and references from Angie's List.) He came over that day and helped me brace up the fallen section. Then he came out after the weekend and did a sturdier fix which held until he replaced it the following week. I asked him then to give me a bid to replace two runs of existing fence including the damaged section. His bid was very reasonable. I accepted his bid and he started work the following Monday. So the time from calling for help until he started replacing the old fence was only about 8 days. He and his team showed up on time and worked hard with little interference to me or my neighbors. He removed and carted off the old fence and built me a beautiful cedar fence that is as solid as a rock. Great looking fence. Best in my neighborhood. I am very happy with the look, workmanship, solidity and materials in the new fence. My yard is cleaner than when he started. And the price was reasonable. Jerry is a very nice fellow and completely professional, as are his employees. I may have to replace another run of fence and when I do, I will call Losli. I give him my highest recommendation on all aspects of this project.

We called Jerry right after Christmas and he called right back. He came out the next day and gave us an estimate. The crew showed up at 8am the day of the job and got it done in 1 day. The fence matches perfect and the gates are both working great. We would definitely use them again.

My wife and I had looked at many fences before picking the one installed over a period of 2 months or so. The fence turned out better than I had ever expected it would. The price was reasonable and these people did not nickel and dime you for every little thing. They were very easy to work with, very responsive to requests and I would recommend them to any one.

I can't say enough good things about Jerry. Here's why.. It was 3:00 PM on a Friday afternoon and the weather prediction was high winds and stormy conditions all through the weekend. When a neighbor alerted me that my back fence which bordered a main road was off its post, I panicked. It was a hazardous situation, with the panels at risk of flying off onto a main road. I left several messages with various fencing companies but since it was late on a Friday and almost all of them didn't work the weekend, I was feeling pretty nervous. That's when Jerry returned my call and offered to stop by and take a look. His business isn't far from where I live. What was amazing is that Jerry not only took a look, he offered to reinforce the fence with his own supplies he'd had in his truck and he inspected the rest of the fence to make sure it too could withstand the upcoming storm. When he found a couple that needed reinforcement, he fixed those too. Jerry didn't want payment for the temporary fix even though I'd offered to pay. He was simply helping out a neighbor and future client. I really appreciated his kindess. This showed true character and told me that Jerry is someone whom I can trust. I feel very lucky to have called Losli Fence through Angie's List. I asked Jerry to give me a bid to fix the fence. His bid was fair and clear. I asked him and his crew to come back and put new posts in to permanently fix my fence. I have no doubt that he'll do a great job. So far I've recommeded him to about a dozen people and will continue to do so. One good deed deserves another.

What an excellent experience dealing with these guys! They were so professional, neat and tidy. It was great to be kept informed as to the start date since summer is so busy. They showed up right on time and did an absolutely beautiful job. Finished in 3 days.

Fence replaced was our original, 17 year old fence that came with the house. It was high-quality and set our expectations for durable 17-year lifespans. Losli team's work seems to be a good replacement. They showed up & did what seems to be a very thorough job. Fence posts took a few days to "set" in its concrete before we would even push against it. Seems to be sturdy now. Materials/fasteners/wood seems to be fine quality. Foreman was extremely professional and committed to customer satisfaction - very thorough job. I'm a "firm but fair" judge of workmanship and we're very pleased with the looks of the fence and of its performance so far.

Jerry did a great job! He was upfront about all aspects of the work: price, schedule, what really needed to be done and what didn't... He was very mindful of an event I had scheduled, and made sure the work was done in time for the event. Jerry kept me apprised of the start date from the time the bid was accepted to the start of work. And when the project was complete, he was genuinely appreciative that I chose him to do the work. I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

It was done quickly in two days. It is beautiful and very well constructed, he came back to replace one board that was a different color than I wanted after I saw it, so no problems.

They did a great job. Quick, excellent quality. Polite and professional. No surprises.
