Description of Work: Needed 60 feet of fence removed and replaced along with a new gate. They arrived around 8 AM and completed the work by 4 PM. Excellent communication, carpentry skills, and they cleaned up the area before leaving. Plan to use them in the future for an additional project.

Description of Work: Received bid 6/1 and they said they would start beginning of August and then at beginning of August said beginning of September. Not returning calls since beginning of September. Another company contacted us and said losli gave our business to him. Totally unprofessional

Description of Work: We had a few sections of our fence fall during a storm last year and asked Losli Fence to come and take a look. I put off having them come until the weather got much better but they told me that they actually can help with downed fences all year round. I should have done so because my delays caused a domino effect and more fence had come down. They came and were happy to fix what had fallen but inspected our entire fence for other rotting posts and let us know which ones needed replacement. My husband wanted to have them created posts surrounded by cement 6" above the dirt line so we wouldn't have rotting posts in the future and add a treated wooden barricade on the fencing at the bottom of a slop so dirt couldn't eat away the boards. They did what he asked and re-used boards that they could. We were very pleased with their quick response and professional results. I had another small project on my deck that I needed completed and again their response time was exceptional.

Description of Work: We've used Losli in the past to build stairs from an existing deck. When it came time to replace our fence there was never any question who we would use. We've had 2 excellent experiences with Jerry and his crew. They are always prompt, nice and do an exceptional job. Jerry's bid also came in competitive. I can't recommend this company enough.

They quoted a fence using clear cedar boards (no knots), three rails, and trim in a "picture frame" style but at less cost than the standard picture frame style. They arrived early on Monday and had the old fence removed and new posts set that day. Tuesday they began installing the new fence. They focused on completing the east side first since that neighbor has a dog. On Wednesday everything was completed shortly after noon, including all cleanup. These guys are great to work with, very professional, with competitive pricing. This was a very good experience.
Description of Work: Removed and hauled off 178 feet of old fence, then installed new posts and cedar fencing. Replaced boards on existing gates.

+ -1 moreI called Tuesday morning to request an estimate for the fence work. Jerry and his partner Jeff met me at my home that afternoon and gave me a written estimate before they left. I called them Wednesday to schedule the work. They were at my home at 8 am on Thursday to begin the work, and they completed it by Thursday afternoon. They were great to work with, very professional, and they were very helpful to me in offering suggestions for fence and gate style, latch hardware, etc. The fence and gates look great.
Description of Work: Installed 32 feet of fence and 2 gates to my back yard, and removed and hauled off my old fence and gate.

Bid was done on the spot, and I found them to be very reasonable. They arrived on schedule, stayed on budget, where thorough, did a complete clean up before leaving, and then walked me through all of the things they had done before sign-off and payment. A very good experience.
Description of Work: Older fence had broken posts, was out of alignment, required additional re-enforcement cross bars, and required gate to be realigned and reset.

+ -1 moreJerry arrived promptly at 7:30 am and started removing the existing fence while waiting for the lumber to arrive. He worked continuously throughout the day on the fence and consulted me any time there were questions regarding design, location of gates, posts etc, that were not previously decided. I was impressed with the time and care that was taken to make sure the posts were square and level. In fact, there was a real level on the job site! Jerry is a real craftsman. I would hire Jerry again and recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: My husband and I moved into a "new" older home that had a dilapidated fence between both adjacent neighbor houses. Dogs and kids were not safe. Jerry built a six foot, good neighbor style cedar fence, two gates as well as removing the old fence.

Typically when I hire contractor I have to bring them back a couple of times after they are finished to get things fixed or resolved according to my standards. I expect a contractor to have competitive prices, be on time, finish the project on time, listen to my concerns, deliver the predefined results and end product, and last but not least I demand a clean work site. The Losli crew exceeded my expectations. No hand holding was necessary. It is absolutely refreshing to find a capable, competent and responsible contractor at a reasonable rate. Without a doubt, I will use and refer Losli Fence and Deck in the future.

Description of Work: Losli Fence & Deck built a 400 square foot deck on the back of my house. The deck is 15 feet above the ground, and needed to be engineered so that I could put a hot tub on it. They were helpful with idea on the design, and built a h*** of a stout deck.
