+ -1 moreThe only problem we had was that our payment was somehow not acknowledged. We were asked a second time to pay, when payment had already been made and received by them. When we showed payment documentation, the error was corrected, but months later we received an invoice for a $5 late fee for the original incorrect "late" payment. That was also graciously fixed after a phone call, but perhaps the weak link in this company's system is the accounting part. Make sure you keep proof of payment.
Description of Work: They performed backflow testing of our irrigation system and reported to the city as required.

+ -1 moreOverall, Heath Backflow was a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: I needed to have one of the anti-siphon valves in my irrigation system raised in order to comply with irrigation backflow requirements. The valve was above ground but not above the highest sprinkler head. Brad was very helpful and provided a reasonable estimate and short timeline. The project turned out to be a bit bigger than I think he had planned on, but he completed it that day and still charged me the original estimate. When the project was complete, he even contacted the water department to notify them of my compliance.

+ -1 moreIt has been fine. The first year we lived in Portland, we didn't realize we needed this service, and they were able to respond promptly and take care of the test. Now we're on their annual re-test list!
Description of Work: Heath Backflow tests our backflow assembly on an annual basis in order to fulfill the requirements of Tualatin Valley Sewer & Water. They submit a report indicating that our system passed their test.
