Things could not have gone better. Competitive bid, workers showed up early, put in a long day and cleaned up afterwards.

Initial install 2 years ago. Ice storm damage required me to get the gutter repaired. They were very responsive. Price was very fair. Work was excellent.

They came on time and did a good clean/repair ("tune-up") of my existing gutter, replace with their unique Ironwood filter screen, strong, durable and stop pin needles inside my gutter, because my house was surrounded by Douglass firs. And they clean the mess before leaving within 2 hours. They provided me with 20 years Ironwood screens and 2 years labor/workmanship warranty. I give them my thumb up and will strongly recommend their services to my neighbors.

We are very happy with the installation of our new steel 6K gutters with hidden brackets and 3x4 downspouts. Jacob provided a very competitive quote along with his recommendation to install the larger gutters and downspouts. We scheduled the installation about 6-weeks in advance to allow for our roof replacement and painting of the old facia boards. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in about 5-1/2 hours. Everything looks great and a big rain arrived around 4-hours later. No issues.

Great! Rafael and David arrived early (which was fine) and were done in 4 hours. They took the time to walk around with us after the install, were very responsive to our questions and extremely friendly. The bid was MUCH lower than 3 other companies. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Great Northwest did a ( no pun intended.....Great Job ). They were on time, took care in their work, and took out the old foam we had to screen out leafs etc. and installed new foam.........no problem. Also, I requested the use of screws instead of nails to better hold the gutters in place........no problem. Gutter "clean-outs" were installed (at my request) , I didn't like them so they came back and took them out.........again.......no problem. Good LOCAL company.

Joey came out to bid, sent bid via email next day for 3x highest other bid with a cryptic description of work to be done. Asked him to explain via email, but he never replied. Got a surprise followup call a few weeks later. Explained the situation and they agreed the bid was not clear. Said they'd follow up shortly. Weeks have gone by and I've heard only crickets. Not a "great" experience at all.

Great NW Gutters was prompt and professional from the beginning. They quickly got us a quote. They completed the work within a morning. Josh was extremely responsive with questions. I would highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time that they promised, listened to three of my issues, and then fixed them. The gutters look great and work perfectly. What more could you ask. Edgar and Alex were very cordial and cleaned up when finished.

Great! Joey gave me an estimate, and I appreciated him working with me on scheduling a few months out so we could have it done after the new roof was installed. When they came out to do the work, they did a great job and finished very quickly. During the cleaning, they discovered that there was a clog underground between the house and the street, and showed me the area with the problem so we could have it corrected.

Service was outstanding at a reasonable price. Jon was very patient going over the various options, and he was extremely responsive to questions I had, always making sure to address everything. Keith (who performed the work) did an outstanding job. He truly thought through what looks best/works best and was as dedicated as if it were his own home. The result looked great. I have worked with other gutter companies before, and NW Gutters appeared the most competent. If I ever need gutter repairs again, I will hire them again.

Contacted them to see if they served Oregon City area. Joey the estimator came out next day. Price was slightly higher then other vendors. Less than a week later they installed the gutters and downspouts. Glad we chose Great NW Gutters

GNWG did an awesome job! They provided a competitive bid in a timely manner, were able to schedule our work in coordination with the complete siding replacement and repainting of our residence. The workers were on-time, fast, efficient and did a thorough cleanup of the site upon completion of the work. Based on our experience, we highly recommend GNWG!

Didn't go at all. I called 6/15/17 and spoke to someone about coming to give an estimate. They said they would not be able to give estimate until following week, which was fine, but someone would contact me to schedule it. I called the following week, 19th and 20th, to see when I could get someone to come out and give me estimate, but no one ever returned my calls. Needless to say, I went with another company.
