These guys are great ! They were punctual, all of them were professional, and cleaned up really well after the job was done. They know what they are doing and do it very well. And, THE ROOF LOOKS FANTASTIC !!

Awesome. Fisher Roofing was on time with the quote and gave us a list of homes that they worked at before with the color of the roofs that they put on those houses. We thought we knew what color we wanted until we drove past the houses. We ended choosing a color 2 shades darker than what we initially wanted. And it looks awesome. The work was done professionally, everything was clean and neat after they were done. They came by afterwards and painted the siding where it was scraped and bumped because of the installation with the same color paint our house is. Then a final check in (on site) to do an after installation inspection with us to be sure we were happy with everything. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We would recommend them any time.

We are very pleased with the work Fisher Roofing did. We would hire them again. Whatever we wanted tweeked to make us happy, they accommodated us!

OK... I need to revise my review. After I had submitted the review, Fisher Roofing's owner and the on-site manager were quick to contact me, both by e-mail and by phone. We set up an app't to discuss my concerns and the rotted fascia board. The concerns we addressed. The bid paperwork that was signed by my husband, was considered a legal contract. The lumber used was priced at current industry standards. Our disposal discrepancy had to do with two actual additional layers of roofing. They did not consider the snow-coat a layer, as it is a paint on product. So they removed 5 layers. They did not bring a dumpster as it would have torn up our dirt driveway un-neccesarilly. The 5 sheets of plywood that was included in the original bid was used when they redesigned and rebuilt the transition between the two roofs. The bad fascia board that so annoyed us has been replaced to our satisfaction. It looks really good. I now know, our roof has a lifetime residential warranty. The only thing outstanding is, additional paperwork to clarify the roof repairs to the insurance company and the paperwork on the actual roofing product that was used. They have offered to work with the insurance company to make sure our agent understands what was done and why. I really was impressed with their concern for our satisfaction. So, bottom line I would recommend them in the future. Fisher Roofing's bid range on our small flat roofed house was $5,620 to $7,180; the higher bid was based on every board having to be replaced. Their final bill, however, came in over $8,000! Much to our dismay, every board that needed to be replaced was not; they did not replace a rotted fascia board despite our repeated requests to do so. We now realize what we did wrong. Angie's list is very clear about getting everything in writing. We had the proposed bid in writing but never received a contract. We are seniors and should have known better. We did, however, take extensive notes during our vetting process for selecting the contractor for the job. One of the questions we asked was, and quot;Theand quot; Worst-Case Scenario Bidand quot; if every piece of wood on the roof had to be replaced, the Project manager's response was $7,180.00. Fisher Roofing was quick to respond to our original call. There were a number of reasons we selected them to do the work. They were Serve-Pro affiliates and they had a decent Angie's list rating. The project manager was referred by a friend of ours, and they were local. We thought we had a straight-forward winner. The original bid for 60m TPO for 1347 sq was $5,620. The $3.60 per sq. price was about $1.00 more per square than standard market prices for 80m TPO according to my web research and quot;Butand quot; we knew that when we accepted the bid. We felt it was worth the extra money to hire a good, local company. Fisher's bid included bringing in a dumpster for removing the old roofing -- up to 5 sheets of plywood would be included and fascia board replacement over the east side of the house. I explained up front that we had put a layer of snow coat and two layers of roofing over the original roofing. The tear-off and disposal portion of their bid was $1,000. The damage happened late in Nov. 2012. Fisher Roofing needed at least 3 days of dry weather to do the TPO. Living in Oregon, it was no surprise that we didn't get dry weather until January. In the interim Fisher Roofing covered the house with a large tarp to alleviate the water damage that was ongoing at this point. In January, the weather cleared enough so that Fisher was able to schedule the job. They showed up promptly, though with no dumpster. The workers were on time and quick to get to work. The job was completed in two days, as promised. The top of the newly installed roof looks good, but they didn't replace the rotting fascia boards, which were further damaged by being encased in the water-filled tarp. Problems - Rotted fascia board was not replaced. - The original bid for disposal was $1000.00. The final bill was $2,400.00, which is an increase of over 100% The delay in getting this review submitted was, we just this month completed the remodel and I am finally getting my paperwork in order. Thanks to Angie's List we did get to use a 5% off coupon.

I thought that they gave us a very fair price and did a wonderful job on it. One of their workman did something to one of the drains and I called them about it and they came back right away and fixed it.

This is the 2nd time we've had Fisher Roofing treat our roof with guardian, and the first time we've had them tune-up the roof. From start to finish, the experience was excellent this time as it was the first time they treated our roof five years ago. I recommend them highly. Fisher Roofing installed our roof prior to our purchase of the home, and they have done a very good job maintaining it for us and checking our skylights, which they also installed prior to our purchase of the home. I love the appearance of the roof after the guardian treatment. It lightens the color of the shakes and refreshes the look of the roof almost like it is new again. The last treatment lasted the full five years, and the new treatment is covered for the next five years. Some other roof treatments make the cedar roofs turn an artificial orange color, The guardian treatment produces a much more natural and attractive appearance.

All work was done as agreed in a timely and professional maner. We were impressed that the waste from the work done was cleaned throughly.

Roy was great to work with. Prompt, professional, and a nice guy. Crew was on time and cleaned up as they went. Good attention to detail. Definitely recommend them.

He was just very professional and a very concerned young man. We like him. If the leak comes through, we're gonna have him come back and repair it because he tried to help us with no charge.

We were highly satisfied with everything about Fisher Roofing. they were the second lowest of five bids we received, but we chose them because of the personal communication and professionalism. Darin was the project manager and called us to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. When I called with a question, he either answered the phone himself or returned my call within minutes. The crew was on time and Darin was there to make sure things were going as planned. The entire project was completed within 48 hours and cleaned up...we had nothing to worry about. They also guarantee their work and we knew the company was reputable and would be around for years. After the project was completed, we received a thank you box including a Fisher roofing sweatshirt and reusable insulated grocery bag. I was happy I decided to choose this company over several others and frankly, it was because they communicated with us so quickly and professionally. Their prices were competitive and the quality of the roofing materials, choices, and work done were excellent.

We have dealt with a lot of contractors for past projects and that is why we joined Angieslist. This Company has its own employees to do their work. Everything was well planned and executed. We are very happy with the workmanship and the end result. Nephi was our project manager and he coordinated all the details. We will use them again and recommend to our friends and give them an AAAA on Angieslist for doing a wonderful job. They exceeded our expectations. Our porch design had some tricky angles and it came out perfect. They did everything they said they were going to do.

Nephi came out and did an estimate. He included the 5% discount from Angies list coupon. They were not the cheapest but were competitively priced. He was very professional and courteous. He explained my options and I took him on a ride to show him the roof that I wanted. He gave me the estimate and the crew showed up about two weeks later. We have a 2000+ sq ft two story house and they did the job in 2 days. They did a great job with the plants around the house and cleaned up beautifully. They knocked a couple of gutters loose but Nephi came out and fixed them. There have been no problems in the last four months since the job was done. The roof looks great and I was satisfied with the whole experience

We tried to reschedule due to bad weather for them to come out and give us a quote. They showed up anyhow and gave a quick look and it wasn't as thorough as we thought it should have been. They were nice enough, but it was apparent to us that he was in a hurry and the lightening wasn't very good, so we didn't know how he could have seen everything that needed to be done. We ended up going with another company.

It went great. They were done in two days!

A few years earlier I had Fisher Roofing come out to replace some shingles that had come off in a wind storm. They were very thorough and professional in dealing with this issue so when I decided that I needed to have my roof redone, I called them up. I dealt with the same person I had 2 years earlier and we started the process. Eloy inspected the entire roof to determine what needed to be done and whether any underlying plywood needed to be replaced. I had also told him of some trouble areas that I have had in the past (other roofers not able to fix the issue) and he assured me that it would be no problem. Eloy also mentioned that it is usually a good idea to have skylights replaced during the same time, especially if they have age on them (mine was 28 years old). I asked him to bid this as well as a separate line item to determine if this would be affordable. He spent plenty of time going over the entire process that would take place and explaining in detail answers to my many questions. I never felt like it was and quot;just about the joband quot;. A few days later he got back to me and explained the bid. He provided me with an approximate timeframe in which he would be able to do the job since he already had X-number jobs in the queue. I was in no hurry, and I wanted my roof to be done when it wasn't raining, so he said he would call me later with a time that would work for both of us. It was a job that would be 2-3 days in duration...shorter if he was able to get more then one crew. I got a call later on, and as luck would have it, he had multiple crews available. The best news was that he was able to get the entire roof done in one day, which exceeded my expectation. When the workers had left, I had a new roof (which turned out better then I had expected) and there was no debris left behind. The job supervisor came out the next day and walked the property and picked up any miscellaneous staples, nails, etc to ensure that the customer (me) was satisfied. We reviewed the job that was done to make sure the job was done to everyone's satisfaction. It took so long before we had rain again I didn't know if my problem area was fixed or not. Finally when we got some of our real downpours, I checked it out and not a drop of water was running down the side of the house. I'm extremely happy with the job they did and every aspect of the process.

I would highly recommend this company and Nephi the manager was excellent to work with.

The project manager, Nephi, who came out to bid on the job was very informative and spent time discussing my specific issues and concerns. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. They took the roof off in one day, taking all the mess and debris with them. The workers were always on-time, courteous and efficient. The work was completed in a total of four days. One of my concerns was how the project would effect my neightbors but all of them were impressed and Fisher made sure that they were not imposed on in any way. I feel confident that the job was well done and plan to use Fisher ongoing for my roof maintenance.

Their price was fair. All of their employees were respectful of our schedule. They were just really nice to work with. I cannot say enough. They seemed to be really happy working for the company.

We were very pleased with Fisher Roofing and the job(s) they performed. Nephi, our project manager, provided excellent customer service. He evaluated the roof, presented our options, answered our questions, and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. We certainly appreciated the level of attentiveness given and the patience he showed when answering any questions that arose. The job was done quickly (I think 2 days) and it looks great. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice the new roof looked. All of the guys on site were friendly and worked efficiently. We'd used Fisher years before for minor repairs to the roof and felt they were reasonable in cost and worked with us to extend the life for a few more years. When it was time for a new roof for the sale of the home, we didn't hesitate to contact them for replacement. Also, as part the purchase agreement for our new home we were able to choose the company for new roof installation and we chose Fisher. Again Nephi showed his excellent customer service skills by keeping in contact with us (the buyers) and not just the sellers with information about the job. I would highly recommend Fisher Roofing for any roofing repairs or installation.

This was an easy, pleasant, engagement from start to finish. I had a reference from a colleague at work, so I called Fisher Roofing after checking the positive reviews on Angie's list. They actually sent out the same project manager that had managed my colleague's job, which I thought was an interesting practice and very good customer service. The PM, Michael, (who is actually an owner) was right on time, non-pretentious, factual, and did not engage in any up-selling. He clearly outlined my options. He sent me a map of other jobs in my area that had been done with the color we were considering so we could check it out. We talked about how long I intended to live in the house, and how that might figure into the type of roof material I might choose. He was very clear about what options for both roof and gutter had qualitative differences that we should factor in, versus those options that would cost more but really were just all about looks, and personal opinion thereof. I had been told by another company bidding this job that I probably had rotten plywood that needed replacing. Michael was a bit skeptical, and after inspecting the roof, he told me that he doubted anything was rotten, and that proved to be the case. This made me wonder about the other bidder, who also tried to up sell me on additional downspouts, which Michael said were unnecessary - this was another instance where he could have up-sold me and did not. The bid came in about 32% lower (!!!) than the others, from companies that also placed well on Angie's list. Also - if you care about this kind of thing, and I do - Fisher does not use day labor or temps for anything. They do not layoff their people seasonally. Therefore, they retain in-house, institutional knowledge and experience. They own all their own equipment and maintain in-house stock of roofing materials. They hold weekly safety meetings. Michael was able to get my job into the schedule quicker than I thought - it was only about a week. The work took less than two days. The clean-up was perfect. I was a little concerned about debris that had fallen into the kitchen-stove vent, and was in the fan - I thought that was going to be a big deal. But Michael sent in a and quot;QAand quot; resource who cleaned it up perfectly. Not onty that, they cleaned some (preexisting) debris out of a bathroom skylight tube for no extra charge. This was a stress-free contractor engagement. The work looks nice, the gutters and fascia look great and are working without a problem. I can happily recommend Fisher roofing.

I appreciated the promptness of the visit and bid. I felt a bit uneasy with comments that were made about other roofing companies. Their bid was about 1.5% higher (using comparable/same products) than the bid I chose.

I chose them when I was reading the reviews. I would use them again.

My home is situated under fir trees and the roof had a heavy build-up of moss. Fisher sent a crew of two and they arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised and completed the job at 2:30pm. Roof looks like new. They thoroughly cleaned all the moss off the roof using hand brushes to minimize potential damage. They then cleaned and flushed all the gutters, including the outside face of the gutters. Finally, the applied the moss inhibitor to the entire roof. Time will tell how effective it is, but the treatment is supposed to last 2-3 years. They also cleaned up all the debris on ground from roof and gutters (including the deck, driveway and flowerbeds) before leaving. Crew was friendly and professional. Total cost was very reasonable - I'm not going up on the roof again! Fisher Roofing also just completed a new roof on my neighbors house - job was well done too.

He and the 4 roofers came promptly on the date agreed. After he introduced me to the roofers, Michael left. All the roofers were polite, professional, and (thankfully) did not play loud music while working. They did the roofing and even cleared some tree branches away. They did the job all in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up and carting off the old roof and debris. (By contrast, several of my neighbors had their roofs done just before mine. They all used the same company , not Fisher. Their jobs were louder, poorer quality and took more days.) I would definitely use Fisher again.

I found Fisher Roofing from Angies List and was very impressed by their numerous positive references. Their customer service and responsive comments impressed me the most . I started my quote process on August 12th, I was happy with the price but did get additional quotes for comparison. Nephi whom I met with for the intial quote was very helpful in answering questions for me throughout the entire process. I did tell him that I would be getting additional quotes and he checked in with me during that process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and eased any concerns I had. He even made a second trip out to my house to bring me examples of the comp roofing so I could decide which color I prefer. Fisher Roofing offered great financing option which was helpful too. Once I decided on Fisher Roofing I was on the schedule and my roof job was completed in two days. What impressed me the most is the morning that the crew was to arrive not only were they on time, but they were early! The crew was extremely polite, they did an excellent job cleaning up my yard and Nephi updated me on my roof job during the day so I would know of any additional changes. He met with me after the job was done and he inspected the work the crew did, again he was there early, how impressive! I would grade this job as an A+ from start to finish. I'm so thankful to Angies list and most importantly to Fisher Roofing!
