Installation of Custom Fireplaces, Back Yard Fire Pits, Gas Lines, Air Conditioning Units & Furnace Systems, as well as Ductless Systems. System for Allergens (Indoor Air Quality Products), Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve installation. We also have an excellent service department that offers service, maintenance and repair.

We are a Full service Heating and Cooling company. We do not install pellet stoves, or propane gas lines at this time.

Description of Work: We pre-paid for cleaning and maintenance of our gas fireplace, (I believe around $160),but they added another $99 charge when they were at the house, for a repair they didn't fix. We apparently had a bad electrical switch which my son later repaired for free.

Description of Work: I thought I needed two gas fireplaces serviced. And I purchased a coupon for one of them. On arrival the technician told me one of the fireplaces was a type that never requires service. he serviced the second fireplace but charged an additional $100 for cleaning the screen. I called the office to discuss my confusion about the charges and they called back in a short time to refund the additional charge. |I appreciate the effort to make positive relationships!

Description of Work: they installed a new wood burning fireplace insert and removed the old unit. |They were careful to confine any materials to the work area and they cleaned up when they were done. The unit I had installed was new to them and they went out of their way to get information on the install.

Description of Work: The technician came in and quickly resolved the issue with the gas fireplace not lighting - a small, unseen power cord to the control unit was unplugged. Everything worked fine after the cord was reconnected. Quite an expensive service charge for 1 minute's work. (Couldn't they have suggested this over the phone?)
