They are very accommodating and will make return house calls if I need them. They are very informative about the problem I have, most of it is ants. They are very efficient and friendly. I haven't compared the price to anyone else but I don't think it is unreasonable.

They come once every three months to spray the whole yard and also spray inside my home. I have had absolutely no bugs and I am very happy with them. I called on Monday to ask if they could come early to take care of an ant problem. I was pleased that they came without any charge. We always get the same technician and he is very nice, very courteous and always asks me if there is a problem that I want him to address. They always call the day before to make sure that I am going to be home and if I am not home, they will come back at my convenience. Their customer service is great and everyone is very friendly. I am totally happy and I will continue to use Barrier Pest Control.

They're pretty good. They're very respectful. Anytime we have an issue, they come out and do a separate treatment. Their people are knowledgeable and careful.

They come out 4 times a year or anytime in-between if I happen to spot a spider or bug in the house. They say that I shouldn't see any spiders in the house and if I happen to see one, they will come out and spray as often as necessary. I pay $89 for unlimited spraying. They also do mice and rats and any infestation if we have anything. They will set out baits and come and check them. I will definitely continue to use them.

I spend $89 for three months and they come back as many a times as we need them within three months. They do call the day before and leave a message that they are coming to my area and to lock all the gates if we are not going to be home. They just show up. We did have another person in the neighborhood trying to get our business, but they were undercutting their price and some of my neighbors went for it, but I didn't. I have been using barrier pest control for at least 4 or 5 years. If I need them to come in my house, they put on booties or take their shoes off and then they spray wherever I need them to spray. In terms of responsiveness, they can get out there within a couple of days. When I call them, I can usually get him on the phone too. In terms of punctuality, we are going to be there in the morning and then afternoon or whatever.

The overall experience with them is good. We had an ant problem, and they have treated the place a couple of times. It makes a difference now, and it is not just with the ants but with the other pests too. They have done everything they said they would do. I would use them again in the future.

They come out every three months to spray. They will come back out if I need for them to. They do a good job. If you have any issues, then they will send someone out promptly to redo the work or fix what needs to be fixed.

They spray around the house and check for wasps and other insects that could create problems. If you have any additional problems, between their routine checks, they'll come and handle it at no extra charge. I haven't had a spider on my ceiling since I've started using them!

They are very good. I can give them a very good recommendation. They are here instantly if I should find a mouse or anything. They will come inside and spray if I ask them to come inside if I was home. I did that the very first time I had them come, and it was excellent. They do a very good job of spraying. They always call and notify me before they come and ask if I have any particular concerns to look for. They leave me a detailed list on the door that explains what they applied and what they did and what concerns they saw. They are probably very reasonable. They seem as reasonable as anyone I have looked for and they have been so helpful. I have no complaints. If I call them and even if it is something that they can't do much about, they will give you advice on what to do. They are very professional. They have done such a great job.

It has been really great. They call and let me know when they are coming. I don't have to be home. They spray the outside and they leave the information on the doorknob if I am not home. It just runs really smooth. If I ever need to get the inside of my home sprayed I would have them come in and do the inside. For three months, it is $89 so it is really just $27 a month and that is not too bad at all.

They charge $80 a quarter. They're very reliable, very responsive, and they're just great.

We have been a customer with Barrier Pest Control for about 1 year and we do have a service agrement with them. We had a problem with ants at our home and they took care of it very well. We did have a poor experience with one office staff member that was very rude. We are happy with the work they are providing and will continue to use them.

We didn't continue service with them because the first time they came they spent about an hour here, and then the next time they came there were only here for about ten minutes. I felt like they were doing a cheap service to satisfy the customer rather than doing a thorough job. The first service was high quality and if they would have kept that up, we would have kept using them.

There's mice underneath the house and they are trying to get rid of them altogether. I would rate them high across the board and would continue to use their services in the future.

The price is very high. I have a place in Arizona that I have treated that is 11 dollars a month, so the price here is very high for me. I don't have anything to compare the pricing to in this area though. I will continue to use them.

I'm on their quarterly service. If I need anything done the day they come out they will take care of it that day, no extra cost. They are prompt and professional. They are very thorough. I am very happy with them and I will continue to use them. They are as environmentally friendly as a pest control company can be.
