It went really well. They did a fine job. Both of the people I spoke to are very nice and professional. They are very prompt.

The experience has been good. They were on time, thorough, and flexible when we needed to change an appointment. We continue to use the, so we will use them again.

They always call ahead of time. They always ask if there is anything special that I need. They will come in the house and spray if I ask them to at no additional charge. They will also come out in-between times if I ask them to. It is great customer service. I didn't shop around a lot regarding their pricing.

They do it real well. They are always on time. I would recommend them.

They are very thorough and they are always willing to come back for a follow-up.

I like their responsiveness. They don't always answer the phone, but they always return my call. I like that they maintain my home for $89/quarter, regardless of how many times they need to come to my home. I like their products. I love it that I don't have to be concerned about their products hurting my animals or kids.

I haven't done any comparison pricing so I don't know about their price. I have been happy with them.

They set up a schedule and they always show up promptly and call the day before. They come out and do the service and I felt that they have done a very good job! I have been with their service for about 3-4 years now.

They also can call them to come in between. They will come and spray on the inside if we want them to. They take care of mice or rat issues. They will come out as often as needed to help us with that problem. I like the value and the fact that they will come back if we call within the three months period and take care of anything that we need for no extra cost. They are really excellent overall.

I have been using their services for about four years and I have been very satisfied with them. We got started working with them accidentally. I was having problems with spiders outside the house and I saw their truck parked outside someone else's house in my neighborhood. They are really good about coming back if they happen to spray two or three weeks before the spiders hatch. Last year I had a problem with wasps making little mud houses in my gutters and they came out and dealt with that. Unfortunately the wasps were making their nests next to my pond and there wasn't much they could do to get rid of them; they did what they could. They send me bills quarterly after they do their spraying; they bill me the same amount every quarter. I don't know how their price is because I haven't compared them to anyone else. I feel that what I'm getting is worth what I'm paying. I haven't had any problems with them at all. They always call the day before they come to tell me they are going to come. When they get here they always come to the door to see if I want the receipt on the door or if I want them to come back and ring the doorbell again.

They come out when they are supposed to. I also call them when I have a problem and they take care of it. They don't charge me extra for it. They do what they say they are going to do.

They're really good. They're very dependable and they always show up on time. If I have an infestation in between scheduled visits, they come out for free and they don't charge me for keeping things under control. They are exceptional. I haven't compared their prices to anyone else. I will continue to use them in the future.

They're always very careful to use safe products and they clean up well after themselves. They follow up on what they're supposed to take care of. We would probably use them again in the future.

They come out 4 times a year and each time is $93.00. I think there is a fee the first time you join but after that its $93.00. They are pretty good.

They encourage coming out and re-treat if you need to have that done for free. The personnel is very friendly and in and out in a flash.

They are timely. What they do to protect the house seems to work very well. The technicians are very tidy and clean. They are all very personable. They go out of their way if we have something specific that we want.

It is the first time that I am using them. They dropped by my house. They gave me their card and I asked to them to call me in a few weeks, which they did. I did like the service they were going to provide as opposed to the company I had used earlier. I have been talking to Tony from this company. They provide more services for lesser price. They were friendly and punctual. They will be doing the work next month.

For the first spraying it is $55 and after that it is a standard price every quarter. Their service was great, and there was never a problem if we have called them back. They come out and spray every three months, but if there is a problem in between the three months they come back at no charge.

I haven't had any problems with them. They have been dependable and are timely.

They do everything pretty well. They respond when I want some things done.

We had a carpenter ant problem that had not been resolved by a competitor company for over a year. Barrier found the source of the problem during the first visit and we have not had issues since. Barrier comes out once every three months since then.

I can call them anytime I want additional sprays. They call me when they are coming out. All I have to do is pay the bill. I hardly even know they are there. I have no problems with them.

I've been using them for some time. They come out every three months. It isn't always the same person, it is normally one of two guys. They'll come out the next day if you have an issue, or the same day if they're in the area. They call the day before to let you know when they're coming but they don't give a time.

They are wonderful. They are incredible. If I see one fly or flee, they would come out here and they would spray the house and take care of it for no charge. They look for ant infestations and they do like to come in the house to spray in the house if I have any issues. I had issues a couple of times with something called sugar ants and they sprayed for them. This year they didn't have to come and do that also but when they come out this year they would spray as a part of their schedule. They call me a day before they come to tell me they are coming. I don't have to be here, they come and they do it. They follow up if I want them to do anything. They are just very thorough. Their price is very reasonable.
