Description of Work: I have been a customer for a while, but I very specifically asked that quarterly service only be booked by appointment. They just came without my permission AND the technician scared my family member through the back yard windows. Creepy, and potentially dangerous... for the unfortunate technician.

Description of Work: they come every 3 months and spray around the outside of the house for ants and wasps. they call a day or two ahead to let us know they are coming, then they show up and do the service and we don't have to be there . then they bill us. since they started doing the spraying we have not had another ant.
