They come out when we call them. They seem to control the pests pretty well. We will continue to use them.

I actually don t use them anymore because I had an ant problem. I used them for two years but they were not able to remove any of the ants. They came on time, they were very professional, and they did what they said they were going to do as far as the regular maintenance program.

They came out right away and took care of the immediate problem. They also needed to come out before next scheduled time and came out right away and took care of problem. Always there when they say and do what they say and seem to manage the ant problem really well for us. I switched from another company because I had minimal relief from ants. When we discovered rats in the yard they came out right away and took care of that. They always check traps in return and call and respond to any calls immediately. I will never get rid of the ants but they seem to manage the problem really well!

It's been good. They like to continue on a contract service sort of a deal. They come out pretty late in the season sometimes. The employees are all very respectful and things like that. They don't use too many chemicals.

They are a very dependable company. They will usually come out the next day after we call them and need an emergency taken care of. The people are very friendly. They explain the chemicals they use so that way we don't have to worry if the chemicals are harmful or dangerous to any of our pets or children.

They appear to be doing alright so far. It takes a little bit for the treatments to work. We are under contract for a year so hopefully the job is taken care of by then. It seems to be working good so far.

I normally don't buy services that go door to door, but I happened to be outside doing some gardening and just a week before I had seen some carpenter ants back by my pond. The salesman was very nice and explained what they could treat. I was especially happy to see that they treated box elder bugs, which annoy me no end. So far, I haven't had any problems, but it may be too soon to fully tell. After each service they would leave a receipt with full details as to what they found and any suggestions to help prevent problems.

Would not sign a contract this time.

The company shows up right on time and sprays around the exterior as a barrier to any pests. We have pets and the company uses materials which have not had any adverse effects on them. The company representatives are polite and work efficiently.

They came back when after 3 weeks the ants were not all dead. This visit was free. They men who came were courteous,informative and willing to please. The day I called for this re-visit, no one answered the phone. I left messages but didn't get a response until I called and left a message again the following day. This initially concerned me but they came through at the end.

Dusty was professional and thorough. He sprayed in and around our house and dusted the attic space. He even removed a hornets nest. Ever since they sprayed our house we've seen a dramatic improvement. We have a year contract to continue the service. They did a great job and the price was reasonable compare to our previous company.

It was extremely benign and pleasant experience. The technician was right on time and very courteous and professional. Incidentally, the company does not seem to know about Angies list, so they are not trying to falsely impress customers.

Barrier came through our neighborhood with an intro offer of $70. We had to commit to 4x over the next year at $89 a treatment. For all they did it was a good deal. They always call the day or two before coming out and they arrive on time. Each guy we talk to is friendly, helpful, and explains what it going on. Were impressed enough with Barrier to hire them to treat a second home, were purchasing. Highly recommended!

Even though the initial quote seemed very reasonable, be careful because it was very misleading to me. The face to face conversation stressed a 90 day guarantee of work for their visits and work. But it was only when I questioned why, in viewing a schedule that my neighbor had signed up for, that I noticed there was another service visit the following month right after the initial visit, that the person told me the initial visit was only good for 30 days and they would need to come back the following month (for an additional $89) to deal with the "eggs" that would have hatched after their initial visit. Please, as one should with any service provider, ask a lot of questions so you fully understand what their services are and the warranty for "each" visit, the reasoning behind the schedule, etc.

I'm so impressed with this company. I actually got this name from a friend who has used them for years, and I must say that they do a great job. The technician that performed the work was so patient with my requests for spraying additional areas for carpenter ants - where he saw them as well, and searching for yellow jacket nests in my attic, as well as spraying in the crawl spaces and attic areas for extra pests. He used all the safety gear needed - respirators and gloves, and was very thorough in his approach. I have a year contract with them, and would highly recommend them above the other national brand companies.

THIS HAPPENED THREE OR FOUR TIMES, THEY WOULD SEND ME A BILL IN THE MAIL AND I DID NOT EVEN KNOW IF THEY WERE HERE. THEY DO THIS DURING THE DAY AND I AM NOT HERE DURING THE DAY. THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT AND THEY WOULD GO TO THE WRONG HOUSE AND THEN THEY FINALLY WENT TO THE RIGHT HOUSE. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. THEY COULD NOT JUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE GUY WHO DID IT WAS EARLY COMING TO OUR HOUSE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. WHEN THEY COME IN WE DONT SEE ANY BUGS.

IT WAS GOOD, WE WERE PLEASED. THEY CAME OUT, TALKED TO MY HUSBAND, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID IT. THEY CAME BACK AND HIT IT AGAIN TO BE SURE. THEY KEPT US INFORMED. THEY GOT IT DONE.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY DID THEIR JOBS. THEY PUT YOU ON A LIST, AND THE DRIVER COMES BY. THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT. YOU BUY A SERVICE, THEY PUT YOU ON A LIST AND THEY COME BY EVERY THREE MONTHS AND SPRAY.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS WHEN I CALLED THEM ONE TIME, AND THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY CALLED ME BACK WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE, AND WERE HERE WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE HERE.

THEY WERE VERY DECEITFUL. THEY CAME TO OUR DOOR AND SAID THEY WOULD GIVE US A TREATMENT FOR A FEW ANTS IN OUR KITCHEN. THEY SAID THEY HAD EXTRA STUFF IN THEIR TANK AND THAT IT WAS A ONE-TIME TREATMENT FOR $65. IT TURNED OUT THEY SIGNED US UP FOR A YEAR AND WE COULDNT GET OUT OF IT.

THEY WERE GOOD. ID GIVE THEM AN A. WHATEVER THEY DID, IT WORKED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. WE HEARD ABOUT THEM FROM OUR NEIGHBORS WHO HAD USED THEM BEFORE, AND THEY HAD BEEN REALLY HAPPY WITH THEM.

THE COMPANY DOES A VERY GOOD JOB, CALLS BEFORE APPOINTMENT AND LEAVES AREA CLEAN. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS HAVING TO COMPLETE A ONE YEAR CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE PRICE THAT WE PAID.
