They are fantastic. I've used him for a long, long time. I've used David for probably 3 years or so. To spray the weeds and mow the grass. He comes every week. I've had him every week for about 3 years. I've just been physically unable to pull weeds and stuff, so he has a guy that works for him on weekends. He came and spent most of the day. He did a fantastic job! This man works for him on weekends, for out of the ordinary type jobs. He's just a really nice man. He's more per month, sometimes, than other landscapers, but if you want to cut back to twice a month during the winter, he will do that and most places won't do that. So it all comes out about the same. His price is fine. 1:00 every Thursday. I've been using him and will continue to. He's really, really good. He actually personally does out yard. He has a lot other people that work for him, but our yard is really small, so he just comes and does it himself. I see him every week.

It went very well. First estimate preceded the work by several weeks, so growth was worse from the time delay. Thus the estimate was revised upward by 20% ($400 50 $500). Later work was good because the weather temperatures finally fell more and thus the trees were better prepared for severe cutting. The assigned worker was diligent in spite of heavy rains. Due to the rain, the work had to be spread over 2 days across a week. Dave was flexible and accustomed to schedule changes due to weather. It was all good. This company also does routine maintenance of my neighbors homes. My neighbors also are very very happy with this service provider.

They are very good. They are consistent and I don't have to think about my yard. They take care of everything.

We have had Peace of Mind Landscape maintain our yard for over two years. We couldn't be more pleased. David, the owner, trains his employees well and supervises their work on a regular basis. David is very accommodating when we occasionally ask for additional jobs to be done around our yard. Due to family health issues, there are some jobs we physically can't do anymore and having extra help occasionally makes life much easier. We find any additional charges to be very reasonable. His employees do the yard work, but David does any weed spraying which we appreciate. In addition to doing good work, David and his employees are very nice people. In today's world, it is nice to find a company that you feel safe having them be at your home even if you are on vacation or away from home. Peace of Mind is what they give us.

Peace of Mind Landscape is a high quality, reliable and afforable landscape service.

I like them. They are prompt and they do a good job. If there's anything special that I need them to pay attention to, then I call the owner Dave and he's very responsive. If I need special pruning of certain things, he's done that. He cuts back certain things in my back yard. So he does that as well. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

He is a delightful guy. We don't use him anymore. He is a very nice guy and is very reasonable. He is willing to work with you on price. We sold that property and no longer needed his services. I would highly recommend him to other folks in the area. The yard was very huge. I think that the price was reasonable for that type of yard and what he did on a yearly basis. He would do little extra things like edging, weeding and did lots of trimming. He kept the moss off the concrete driveway. He just took care of things that you don't think about. I just liked him and his wife. They are just quality people. I would definitely use him in future if I needed.

His crew is very clean and very prompt. Dave has been very pumctual and easy to contact if needed. I hope to have Dave and his crew do some projects we have planned in the coming spring and have no doubt he will do an excellent job. I highly recommend A Peace of Mind for general maintence!

We have concrete walkways connecting our front yard with our back yard along both sides of the house, as well as a large concrete patio and a smaller elevated deck area. The power washing process was completed in one day. The next month, we asked Dave to mulch all of our flower beds. He uses high grade mulch and the results are always excellent. We are avid gardeners and count on Dave Llanes and Peace of Mind Landscaping for quality services.

They were professional and fine, but I did not end up using them because I found somebody who was more convenient for what I wanted to do. I would consider using them again in the future.

Mowing, edging, pruning of large landscape plants and roses

I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I will continue to use them for my ongoing landscaping needs. They are here all of the time and help us take care of our lawn.

David is absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very prompt in communcations, he offers excellent prices and his crew works efficiently and well. We will definitely be using him on a regular basis.
