Description of Work: I wanted the inside of my home and inside of my garage painted. I thought it was odd that they don't paint the doors or window trim at the price that I was quoted. I had some wood replaced and the carpenters were excellent. The workers put in long days.

+ 1 moreHe does a really good job, the two guys were wonderful, when they say they'll be here, they're gonna be here, if they'll be late, they let me know, I'm sure they have trials coming down sometimes but they made it and they're really good, he's got different crews but these two are really good finishers, they do good finished works.
Description of Work: We used Velazquez Painting & Construction LLC, they did not do any painting yet but they came and did a lot of works for us, to fix things that our contractor didn't do right.

+ 0 moreAntonio is very professional in his approach, wants to make sure he covers all his bases. Although wanted to leave dry rot repair open with no formal written bid on cost of repairs, and I had to insist on it. He was a 3rd of 3 local bids and I have turned it down. I may do the job myself as people are trying to collect more than average city cost of simply cleaning and painting the exterior of a home. Painting via Antonio alone is $6,850!
Description of Work: Was doing a bid for pressure washing, dry rot repair and painting a small 963 sq ft home
