Lucky Duct LLC

After a Lucky Duct representative came to our home to look at the furnace and the heater vents, we received written agreement to have heat ducts cleaned in Seaside, for $450. They arrived on time for the appointment. After puttering around for almost an hour, the gal in charge told me that it would cost more - $700 to do the work. Nothing changed, no additional vents, furnace didn't change, nothing different than when they gave their written agreement. She apologized, but nonetheless would not honor the written agreement without another $250. If they're going to the effort of providing a written agreement, it's only good business to honor that agreement. I have zero confidence they wouldn't do the same thing again.

Renae, the owner, was an extremely gracious person with excellent customer service. I called her on a Monday and she had the job mostly completed on Wednesday. When I say "mostly", she was afraid to pry up the vents that appeared to be glued to the hardware floors so instead of the potential of ruining the hardware she called to let us know. We had the contractor go in and remove the vents and then Lucky Duct went back in on Friday and completed the job. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again.
