JJ Electric Service

The electrician showed up at the scheduled time. He was friendly and professional and happy to answer my questions about the installations. The weather was also wet and rainy and though it didn't matter to me he took his boots off to prevent from tracking dirt and debris in from outside. (That impressed the heck out of me!) I had to leave soon after he arrived and when I returned a couple of hours later the work was complete; everything was clean and back in place and I never would have known he had been there had it not been for the addition of the three outlets. As a side note I didn't answer the question about payment because I haven't received a statement yet. I don't anticipate it being a huge amount because he was only there for a couple of hours and their rates are lower than the standard rates of other electricians in the area. I will use them again. One of their employees came out, spent a good part of the day tracking everything down. Another joined him in the afternoon, and service was restored, a couple of fixtures fixed. Very courteous, quality work. I would definitely hire JJ Electric again if I have need of their services.

All services performed professionally. Random inspection by county was passed. We will use them again for our basement wiring. John came to our place for the initial estimate for fixing up and making safe the wiring in our older home. While he was here for the estimate, he helped us with a dangerous loose wire on our panel free of charge. We had also gotten a similar estimate from another contractor, but that contractor didn't bother to look at our panel, just assumed all was well since it looked newish. Chose JJ Electric because of his thoroughness, and was not disappointed.

John was just great! He came out quickly, found the problem right away and charged me a lot less than I expected. (It may not look that way, but the state requires him to issue a $35 permit for even the smallest job.) Very nice guy and terrific service.

I was amazed at how quick he got things done. I was very pleased. I would have him back in a minute if I needed him.

They had excellent communications with me when I was setting up the appointment and scheduling the work. While he was there, he was careful to explain everything what needed to be done and why so that I was able to make a proper choice of what should be done.

JJ Electric was the best vendor we used from handyman.com. He was so helpful and came out on a Sunday and was just a "regular" guy. He gave good advice and was prompt and thorough and knew what he was doing. If we ever need Electric work again, he would be the first one we call- Straight A's across the board. It went perfectly-He fixed all the noted items and on a weekend. I can't remember the price but it was very reasonable.

They did an excellent job. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to find out what I needed. They did the job with excellent construction skills.
