handyman service, deck cleaning
+ 0 moreDavid came to give us an estimate the same day we called him. He was friendly, courteous, confident and he gave us an estimate we could live with so we arranged for him to do the work the following week. David was on time with the rented electric sander and his tools needed to complete the projects. He ran into some problems with the rented sander not working properly, and went to discuss it with the rental place. David very fairly deducted the time he was off of the job from his final bill. His final bill was approx $30 more than his estimate, which was due to additional materials needed to complete the work. Overall, we are very happy with the services received for the price we paid. :~)
Description of Work: David sanded and sealed our front porch, stained and sealed our back yard deck, changed several outdoor, burned-out flood light bulbs that are very high up on our house, replaced a broken outdoor light fixture and sanded and painted worn areas on our staircase banister rail.
