Description of Work: Roof was replaced with materials and method as outlined in the initial walk thru. Unforeseen issues with decking did arise but were not a total surprise as most houses in neighborhood have experienced similar issues. All required replacement work and cost were discussed before proceeding and were done exactly as outlined in the original estimate. The work crew was courteous, friendly, and very approachable. Clean up was an on going job each day and roof was done in 2 days. Roof looks great and my wife and I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: This job went very well. The offer was to install 1 outside weatherproof outlet for $159. I wanted to add a second outlet & they did that for the same special price. I paid for the second install plus $65 for the minor electrical permit. The electrician did a good job, worked quickly but carefully. He also cleaned up his garbage. Very please with this Company & plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Mark explained upgrades to today's roofs that other companies did not or even suggest. I was pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I bought a roof tune up for I think $195 for $400 worth of work. Mark found some errors in my 2011 roof install. The ridge vent needed replacement. So did five roof vents. Several shingles needed a metal shim under them. One worker spent about 15 minutes installing at the ends of the ridge vent [2] two pieces of metal trim that I provided. I provided the spare shingles for repair around vents. Marks Custom Exteriors provided the ridge vent as well as the three metal shims for the shingles. | |When Mark worked up the estimate I was expecting to pay around $1000 more to bring my roof up to par. He presented me with a total bill of $2,100. I was surprised to find the bill so high but had found one small leak and wanted no others. | |I OKed the estimate. | |We scheduled a time for the repairs. |Mark called a couple days ahead of time and asked to move the repair to a sooner day. Although not convenient for me I agreed. | |His workers were mostly polite and respectful but not all of them. |They assumed I knew no Spanish. they were wrong. | |I was listening. | |Did the work look good when done?
