It takes about three weeks for a lamp to be finished. I was in no hurry, so that was OK. Larry was able to fill me in on the history of a lamp I didn't know was valuable. He also helped me get the lamps (floor lamps) out of and back into my car.

After this lamp sat in another shop for 8 months without apparently even being looked at, we took it to Lamp Doctor and it was repaired on the spot. I would urge everyone who has been ill-treated by "that other lamp repair shop" to take their business to Lamp Doctor. He is courteous and...
I recently moved to Beaverton and the movers took apart a Tiffany-style lamp. When I arrived, a small but important metal piece that connected the lamp stand with the shade was missing. I brought the lamp in unannounced and Zane helped me immediately, finding replacement pieces, all the way to...
This was the second time in two weeks that I used this company to repair table lamps. David opened up his lamp repair shop in March 2009. A couple of years ago I used Beaverton Light Shoppe, but they went out of business recently. I was delighted when I discovered The Lamp Doctor in Beaverton....

Excellent. They could have told me anything about the lamp and charged me a ton to fix the wiring and I would have been none the wiser. They didn't do that, though, even though I obviously knew nothing about lamp wiring. He identified that it the problem was with the toggle switch and replaced...
Larry is always friendly and helpful, and very busy. It was about 30 days before the lamp was ready, but it worked when Larry was through! He also gave me advice about type of light bulbs to use with this particular lamp to avoid overloading it.
I drove to their shop, the person helped me promptly and gave me a reasonable cost estimate, and told me that the lamp would be ready in 10-14 days. About 4 days later, the shop called and told me the lamp was ready. The new wiring is working very well.
The impressive technology behind hydroseeding can have your new lawn looking crisp and lush in a few weeks. But how much does hydroseeding cost? While the size of your lawn is the biggest factor, we've outlined what you can expect from your final estimate
