Description of Work: I engaged them for lawn care at both my (burned out) home and my rental. The crew that cared for the rental yard were great - prompt, efficient, responsive, nice job. However, the care at the burned out home was very poor. I had to call 3 times just to get them to come start service; on one occasion, my builder got them over to the house because he saw the owner in town. Also, as part of the rebuild, I had to dig up a rhododendron. K&C was well informed, gave advice, and was asked to come replant the rhododendron in an appropriate place; he agreed to do it. But he never did - even after 2 calls to remind/repeat the request - and the rhododendron has now died. I will never re-engage with K&C, and I have already told several acquaintances to steer clear.

+ -1 moreThe provider has not returned two phone messages left on his cell phone over a month ago. We can only assume this provider doesn't want any further business. A return call telling us that would've saved us a lot of wait time however. We finally called Forest Landscape in Cornelius and received a prompt, professional reply. Within a week, a very nice man came out to do an estimate. Their bid is very good so we will be going with them.

+ 0 moreThey removed my old bed and replaced it with a new one. They also did some work with my sprinklers. He has very quality workers. They are very personable. He is a very conscientious contractor. He has very reasonable pricing. I had several bids and he came in the lowest.
