.Met with Deb on Tuesday expecting to have an estimate and a start-date within 24hours based on our conversation, which included a visit to our house. It's Friday and I haven't heard a peep even with calling (leaving messages only, phone is not answered by a person) to inquire on both Thurs & Fri. Office hours are until 3pm daily (per website) so, at best, I'll hear next week. Feels like a disappointing end to something we were truly looking forward to, including getting better acquainted with Deb & her business. My husband & I both thought the conversation and in-home visit was delightful. UPDATE: Spoke to Deb after about a week. Ends up she broke her foot. In my book that's a pretty good reason not to call.
