It all turned into a nightmare around the company they recommended we use. I found out later we were one of the first to use their recommended company and others began to have problems with them, too. What bothered me was the level of support they gave us after problems began. I felt like they just left us on our own and abandoned us even after they used a picture of our garage at a home show and had their executives out here to look it over, thinking they could target a new line of business. I never got a call from the company president to simply say he was sorry for what happened. No call to ask me if there was anything he could do. On another note, the overhead garage doors were all rusted. They claimed it must have been the fault of the company that they recommended, and they would not even do anything on that. In all, it's left a very bad taste in my mouth, and it's certainly not even close to the kind of customer service you would expect from a well established company.
