Description of Work: Cleaned the ducts and found an issue with the way the dryer duct was set up. That has been resolved by the landlord.

Description of Work: They blew out the ducts and used a brush to thoroughly clean them. They also cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the hose that was letting dust into the house. They checked my furnace filter and showed me how to change it.This wasn't even part of the package but I really appreciated it. In addition, they vacuumed the air intake vent, also not part of the package. I used to notice an odd smell in the bedroom but after their cleaning the whole house smells good. Makes me wonder what I was smelling! But it's gone now and that's the most important thing. The fellows went above and beyond their contract and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had them clean the ducts and make repairs to a two ducts where they connected to the vents. The first visit they checked under the house and saw the issues that needed repair. Repairs were made on the second visit as well as the cleaning. They were late both times, but did call to let me know when they would be there. They were professional and left the house clean. The only problem was a few days later I noticed cold air coming from one of the vents and found the repair did not hold and the duct was lying on the ground of the crawl space. I called and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed it. I have had no problems since then.

Description of Work: The duct guys were very helpful in that they were thorough and honest. They checked our ducts and repaired them. It was great! We didn't need cleaning and they honestly told us that. Hurrah for their scruples.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $199 for home air duct cleaning with sanitizing plus dryer vent cleaning.

Description of Work: These are good guys. They have a relatively low capacity system (a hand carried air handling unit not one of those big trucks with the vacuum cleaner bags sticking up.) but they are conscientious and it seems to work well. They got a lot of dust out and they were courteous and tried their best. We had an unusual situation that they weren't prepared for and they had to come back but did so cheerfully and they got the job done. We are not a good test case since our house is different than most.

Description of Work: on-time arrival, very courteous two-man crew. They asked a few pertinent questions about type of ductwork, etc, then set to. They left the jobsite clean. One detail, they remounted the air return grille "upside down" from original, which neatly blocked the view into the ductwork, making a Significant cosmetic improvement! It was readily apparent they were experienced and accustomed to working as a team.
