Description of Work: They vacuumed my dryer air duct from the outside. Quiet, efficient, quick.

Description of Work: The Duct Guys cleaned all ducts, vents and the dryer vent. They were very professional and explained all cost involved up front.

Description of Work: We used a Big Deal to have our ducts cleaned and sanitized. They showed up on time, set up all of their equipment and spent some time cleaning out the ducts. Although we can't see inside of the ducts to compare before and after, we trust that it was done well and we are breathing cleaner air. They were professional and had everything picked up when they left.

Description of Work: Kevin was very courteous and flexible with our changing schedules. Very punctual and professional. Cleaned 13 vents and 1 dryer vent. They did a great job , but they do need improvement on the clean up. Had to vacuum around the vents and carpet, once they were done. They missed cleaning up the debris and lint when they cleaned the dryer vent outside which was left on our patio and outside the vent. Part of the vent got broken off which they did not mention to us when they left. If if had been cleaned they may have noticed it.

Description of Work: The duct guys were professional, punctual and pleasant. There was about the date of service. It was completely my fault, but they were very gracious and rescheduled with us. | |The work was quick and clean. The original plan was just for a duct cleaning, but they found that a previous owner had made some "modifications" to our ducts that did not help with air flow. They fixed it and then cleaned the ducts. I would gladly give them recomendations.

Description of Work: After their cleaning the dryer vent our clothes dry much quicker!!! they came and worked quickly and efficiently. Two very nice young men. WE would recommend them....
