Description of Work: Cleaned akk the duct work to and from the furnace.

Description of Work: The two workers were punctual and professional. I did have to have them come back to clean out the floor vents, which they missed.

Description of Work: cleaned all heating/cooling ducts plus outside air conditioner ducts and dryer duct. The process was thorough and efficient. We were very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the team.

Description of Work: I had asked questions about the procedure when making the appointment, and after they asked me some questions, I was advised not to spend my money on having the sanitation process in addition to the cleaning. I appreciated this honesty. The two men that came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional. The "musty dust" that had been irritating me whenever we turned on the AC is now a thing of the past.

Description of Work: The staff showed up and checked the vents, and they said those vents are in good condition that do not need to clean. As we are going to remodel the home, so they suggested to clean after the remodeling.

Description of Work: They came in and looked at our duct work and told us we really did not need the service at this time, they very honest about this. We were very impressed!!! We had already moved furniture to make room for them to work and they even offered to move the furniture back for us. They were wonderful.

Description of Work: Did a very thorough job cleaning all ducts, including laundry exhaust. At the very end, we noticed a ceiling return register that had been missed, and they came back and cleaned with absolutely no fuss. Great job! Definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The Duct Guys originally came out the end of October 2013, but could not do the job because they found leaks around the heating element of my furnace. I was thankful they found that. This led me to have a new furnace installed in December 2013. I finally got around to calling the Duct Guys back and they came in June 2014. They did a thorough job and explained what they were doing. They cleaned 10-12 ducts and airflows as well as the dryer duct. They were professional, friendly, thorough, prompt, and conscientious. Would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned ducts that hadn't been cleaned in years. After, they showed us what was in the ducts. Very professional, courteous and on time.

Description of Work: Kevin Warren and Mathew came to clean our ducts this morning, arriving on time. When they opened up the ducts and looked at the furnace they said that the system was very clean and didn't need their service and that they wanted us to get our money back. Kevin Warren is a very honest guy and I would recommend him to anyone. Over all it was a great experience to meet someone like him.

Description of Work: They cleaned the ducts in the condo, and because a heavy smoker had lived there before, they cleaned the coils in the furnace. they did a great job.

Description of Work: I had a foul odor coming from my vents and so I called them up. They cane over Saturday morning and told me that it's just crawlspace smell. They told me to seal it up. I got a sealer at home Depot for less than $5. It fixed the problem and I'm very happy. I appreciated their honesty and expertise. I would defiantly use them the next time I have any duct issues.
