Called us right away to schedule. He knew what he was doing. When he came out he hooked up his hoses and got to work. Did a great job and will use him in the future for our duct cleaning!

Received a call the same day that I left a message to schedule the cleaning. The guys showed up exactly on time, were friendly and super helpful. Everything was done in about two hours and was cleaned up before they left. They were also great in that they made a call to their boss, for me, to inquire about how we could get filters for our very oddly shaped filter compartment in our furnace! We will use this company again in the future, for sure!

They had to run their hoses up to our third floor from outside to our third floor furnace. Custom work that went well. All went smoothly and they were courteous and service oriented.

Arrived at the earliest hour of the window I'd been given. A double crew had been scheduled so that the job took less than the estimated time. Crew was efficient, helpful, and desirous of providing a high quality job. Three days out, our air feels and is cleaner. Zero complaints.

The level of professionalism and integrity the fellow from The Duct Guys was outstanding. While they did not end up performing the service I scheduled, I am certain it would have been done very well. It is indeed rare for a company to tell you they do not need to perform a service especially after I already paid through Angie's list. Angie's list refunded my money and one of the people from the Duct Guys called to make sure that I had done that. This company is one I would strongly suggest to anyone.

I just purchased a home and found that all the air ducts were filled with dog hair. I called Duct Guys and took their first available appointment. They showed up right on time, assessed all the ducts in our home and then carefully considered how they would access the furnace compartment, in order to get cleaning tools in. They worked very hard for several hours and then closed all the openings they made. I especially appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy sanitizing products - as other companies have in the past. They did a fantastic job. This is definitely the company to call!

They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I realized that evening that they hadn't cleaned the dryer vent and called the office. They immediately apologized and offered to have someone out the next day. That didn't fit my schedule and they accommodated a time the next week that worked for me. Again they were right on time and got everything corrected as requested. In business, stuff sometimes happens and the measure for me is the response to a problem. In my case, there was a problem and they responded quickly and appropriately.

This was the first time our ducts were cleaned. The two staff members from The Duct Guys were efficient and thorough. I would use this service again.

Mostly very easy. The owner came several weeks ago and told us there was asbestos tape on the ducts and asked if we could paint that area. We were happy to be told about this. We rescheduled and 2 guys came who were friendly and efficient. The one challenge was that there was a thick layer of dark dust that they left near a return. This dust got on the surrounding floor, table and plants. This took a while to clean up after they left.

I have no real way of determining how clean the ducts are now, so it is difficult to give an adequate answer. However, they clearly knew what they were doing, worked continuously until the job was done, and were clean, polite and considerate.

He was polite and professional. We will use him again, for sure!

Kevin and his helper did an EXCELLENT job. The crawl space was Very tight . They did the job with price that was quoted. I would recommend them to anyone wanting duct work done.

Adam and Nathan were fantastic and pulled out more garbage from our vent system than we realized was in there. Not a surprise in a 20 year old house, but they were fast, efficient and professional.

I originally used The Duct Guys 2 years ago to clean the ducts in our home. They were prompt and friendly and I was very pleased with the work. We have two cats and a dog that constantly shed. There is always pet hair in the air. I thought for sure that our air ducts would be full of pet hair, but the young men who came out 10/07/2015 looked things over and said that the ducts were clean and that they would probably not need cleaning for another two years. I really appreciated the time they took to come out and look and let me know that I didn't need their services at this time. However, I will absolutely call them in two years when it's time for the ducts to be cleaned again.
