They got behind in the storms and they made up for it by coming on a Sunday which is a definite plus, the ducts are pretty dirty but at the end of their work I was coughing, hacking more and smelling more unpleasant odors in the air than before they cleaned the ducts and it seems like they stirred up a bunch of dust in doing it now I'm sure that the ducts were dirty and hadn't been clean for a long time this is a rental house but when we had ducts clean in a different house before we didn't have a problem like that and so I just wondered if there is a difference in their approach that made it less effective. There were suppose to be some follow up that didn't happen, they also track dirt throughout the house.

Very well. They arrived at the appointed time and did all of the work they were supposed to do and then cleaned up after themselves.

These guys were great, pleasant and professional, super efficient. Did a great job cleaning all the vents and removing/replacing the filters.

At the end of the visit, I was shown the amount of dirt they found in my air ducts...it was impressive. I am pleased with their service.

The team was initially unable to come on the scheduled day because of team member illness. I understand that this happens, and we rescheduled for 8 am the following Wednesday (another day off work for me as a consequence). I called at 8.30 am because no-one had shown up and learned that they had meant 9 am, not 8 am. There were profuse apologies and the team arrived shortly thereafter. This miscommunication was my only complaint. The team members were pleasant and professional and completed the work as requested, staying in touch with me. They advised me that my dryer vent was creating inefficiency and suggested replacing it with a shorter one. I agreed to this, as they told me they could do it while already at the house. However, they discovered that they didn't have the right parts and told the caregiver at the house that it would have to be scheduled at another time. This eventually got scheduled and the work performed as promised.

Great! Even came an hour early!!! That was nice. And they tolerated our black Lab/ Great Dane "supervisor"! Went so well we have hired them to clean ducts and dryer vent at our beach house.

They were punctual, professional, friendly, and quick. Great experience. My kids have allergies so this is a great service that really pays off this time of year.

The Duct Guys did a great job sorting out our dryer vent issues. Our new home had a questionable dryer duct installation and was very clogged. They cleaned the clogs and fixed the dryer duct installation so it was done right. Our dryer no longer turns the whole laundry room into a steam room.

The two fellows were professional, hard working and thorough. We had gone through allot of construction and knew we needed to have the air ducts cleaned. They called to say they were on their way, arrived on time and immediately started to work. They worked continuously for over 2 hours cleaning each vent, sometimes several times to make sure they were truly clean. I look forward to having clean air this winter when the heater is on. I could not recommend this company more highly. I would definately hire them again.

The service was done very well. The only glitch was a timing issue. The original appointment was between 11-1. No one called by 1:00 so I called the office. They were delayed at another job and said it would 3:30 before they could there. They showed up at 3:27 and went right to work. The cleaning job was excellent. Very very professional. I will definitely use The Duct Guys again.

they got to our house right on time and got to work cleaning those ducts very nicely with bushes and scrubbed. It did not make a lot of noise or any real disturdance in the house. It was done in a very short period of time and now it's all looking and working great. I would easily use these Duct Guys again. They are so good at all that they do.

Bought deal for $140, charged $40 to clean two additional vents. Seems a bit excessive for two vents. Did not ask before they completed any additional work. The gentlemen who did the work were otherwise great.

The Duct Guys showed up exactly on time. They were professional, fast and cleaned up after themselves. They even showed me the debris that came out of the vents (yuck)! I would absolutely use them again!

Technicians showed up on time and there were two of them and they went right to work. They were able to clean all ducts in about two hours and did a great job. Price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

I had black stripes appearing on my wall where the studs are and I was told that it could be a serious problem due to mold. I called the Duct Guys to see if the ducts were the problem. They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and advised me that the stripes are entirely due to burning a candle in the bedroom. They inspected the attic at no charge and confirmed that there was no mold. The entire visit was free of charge and they told me to call them if I decided to have the ducts cleaned - absolutely no pressure. I highly recommend the Duct Guys for honesty and quality of service.

Purchased through offer on Angie's List. I had very prompt scheduling even with a good offer like this. Guys came out and were on time, professional and did an excellent job. We would definitely use Duct Guys again. Thank you.
